We are in love with Moroldo’s!! The family run restaurant is tucked away off the road and up into a small neighborhood. We were greeted so warmly and just the way the menu was described made our mouths water. We had it all: cocktails, appetizer, soup, delicious meal, dessert and espresso. Watching the family and the customers was like having a meal with friends/family. We will be back!!

My husband and I rarely go out to eat, because we’ve always been disappointed by the atmosphere, the music playing in the background, and especially the food that we get (we are both excellent cooks). Moroldo’s has got us hooked. The atmosphere was perfect, the lighting was perfect, the music was either classical (composed by Italian composers) or Italian vocal music, and the food was — how can I say this? — incredibly good. So good that if I am in the area again, it would be well worth the cost to go eat there. It would almost be worth it to drive the 15+ hours just to go there again. I was THAT impressed!
The restaurant doesn’t look like much from the outside (and the decor inside is homely), but that gives it an authentic feel to my husband (who is part Italian). Don’t be turned off by the humble surroundings, this is the best restaurant we have eaten at!

Awesome! The food is simply amazing, the staff’s super friendly, the dining is an experience. Everything is made fresh, therefore you do have to wait a little longer than a “chain restaurant” and it’s more than worth it. Those who are looking for a quick bite to eat, this is not the place to go. Typically I spend about 1 1/2 hours here, as I have been here a couple times 🙂 Make a reservation, slow your life down and enjoy a wonderful Italian meal.

The owner is extremely nice and takes time to make sure you really enjoy your food that he has prepared with care. Everything I had was exquisite. The wine pairing with the food was also superb. I wish I could go again but I live 28 hours away next time in Montana I will try to go again.

Fine dining is minimal in the Flathead valley. We were invited to go to Moroldo’s. And yes, the food was amazing. But actually a bit too much. My husband and I really don’t eat much so we tend to share meals, but this is not an option at this restaurant. We did take home the food we didn’t eat, but I’m not really into eating leftovers (never quite tastes the same). This restaurant is quite pricey for the average person. We’re self employed and normally we’d never spend this much money on ourselves.

Our family was vacationing in Glacier and our children took us to Moroldo’s for our 50th wedding anniversary. We had the best dining experience of our lives! The restaurant was so accommodating for our celebration and the chef owner came to welcome us and asked if he could plan and prepare a special meal for us. We agreed and were so pleased with our dinner. It was wonderful! We have never felt so welcome and just wish we lived closer so we could be regulars there!

The food is superb. The owner is such a warm, welcoming man. Quiet restaurant. Great place for a romantic dinner or a group of friends. The wine list was a terrific selection of by the glass or bottles. We had a lovely time.
