We ordered a Pepperoni Sausage half cheese pizza and didn’t even review what we ordered they got it wrong which wasn’t a big deal. However when I look at the pizza it was in terrible quality, very disproportionate and soggy even with cheese spilling over the crust. It wasn’t cut and looked very undercooked. Poor rush job. When I tried to get the pizza replaced they tried to get me to pay again for another pizza instead of just replacing the pizza altogether. The manager wasn’t very accommodating so I asked for a refund (which apparently takes 3 days) and for them to take their crappy pizza. Definitely wouldn’t eat from here.

I ordered a Philly cheese steak pizza. The pizza arrived with no meat. I called the store sent pictures and his response was they cant see the meat because it has extra cheese but it’s there. Im eating the pizza and also dont tast any meat… very bad service.

Upon receiving my pick-up order, I find both pizzas burned. After already losing 50 minutes waiting for my order, I refuse to lose anymore time and demanded a refund. There is no excuse for this, with over 10 employees behind the counter, they should have quality control perfected. Unfortunately the manager was too busy making change for drivers’ tips at the register.

This is the only dominos I go to. I’ve never had a bad experience here and the food is great. I usually order around midday so I don’t have to deal with long wait times. Andrew attended to me he was very nice and time efficient.

I ordered at 4:20pm today and my pizza never came to me. I would call and it would stay on an automated voice telling me about deals and discount codes. Plus, It said my order was delivered but I never received a call to open the gate for my neighborhood. I’ve ordered on the Domino’s app before and received my orders, but this time was different. This picture is at 8:00pm and it shows that many other people had problems with their orders as well. Terrible.

I ordered and received a not so great pizza HOWEVER, within 2 minutes of me sending feedback on their website, I received a call from Benham and asked what was wrong with the order. Just for that, you’ve got a customer. I truly appreciate the customer service because many restaurants wouldn’t even bother.
