We stopped here after a hike and it was great! The server who helped us was very friendly and he shared his favorite items and told us the amazing history of the restaurant and the giant heart of the woman who started it all. He shared a bit about the organic produce and greenhouse as well! The food was delicious and prepared quickly. We will definitely be back when we visit Flagstaff again!

The service was very nice and relatively quick. Absolutely loved the Pesto Tofu Sandwich. It was light and the ingredients paired well. I recommend doing the Deluxe burger if you are looking for something heavy and filling. Choose the fruit cup as your side!

LOVELY PLACE. The owner, the workers, the story behind the place, the quality of food, (high quality ingredients and very healthy), the ethics behind the place and general ambience. I’m coming for all the cuisine multiple times.

Super clean, pure food. Appreciate the attention to detail in food choices. As vegans, eating mostly whole food plant based, we are super appreciative of their choices. Food was outstanding and you can tell, made in house. We are sad you are in Flagstaff and not Frisco Texas, as we would eat here very often. Thank you and keep providing delicious foods.

A really nice experience! The staff was friendly and helpful. The cafe was quiet and well decorated. The business clearly had strong roots in the community. 100% plant based menu with delicious food. Amazing homemade cookies! If you are looking for a killer plant-based spot to eat, this is one of them for sure.

Beautiful spot on the outskirts of Phoenix. The entire staff was lovely in offering suggestions of things to do and just to deal with in general. Lots to choose from on the menu, all of which was fantastic. Great for those who are health conscious and enjoy true farm to table dining 🙂

I’m so glad I stopped here for breakfast/lunch before heading to Grand Canyon. The deluxe hemp burger was very tasty and the fruit juicy. The people are so friendly!

Love, Love, Love this place. Food is super fresh. I like having the mix of raw and cooked food. The presentation of the food was beautiful and everything was delicious. We had soup (yellow split pea), salad and the hemp burger plate plus a couple different kinds of cookies. This is one of the best vegan burgers I’ve had. It is flavorful and didn’t fall apart or squish out the back on the first bite like many do.

If the biscuits and gravy are on the specials board when you visit, TRY IT. Omg. I ordered the $15 gluten free and vegan biscuits and gravy with potatoes and was SHOCKED that this gravy tasted like the regular pork and gluten-filled gravy. I was born in Texas. I know what this dish tastes like as I’ve had it a zillion times before my Celiac diagnosis. This version was better than the regular versions and the potatoes were great (and cooked separately not to be cross contaminated with gluten.)
