First visit to 7Brew and I was not disappointed. I ordered a blondie, I was offered caramel drizzle, I accepted.. my drink was so creamy and not overly sweet. This was the fastest I have ever finished an iced coffee and I was very disappointed when it was gone.
My husband who never really has an opinion ordered a brunette and his reaction was OMG, OMG, OMG.. it’s sooooo creamy.
The service was super fast.
My only recommendation would be to talk to your customers, offer help/recommendations and not just sing while waiting for an order

Phenomenal First Visit – Worth Every Mile!
This was my very first time visiting 7 Brew, and I can confidently say the customer service was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I pulled up, Abby made my family and me feel completely welcome. I mentioned it was our first visit, and she was incredibly patient and kind, taking the time to walk us through the menu and answer all of our questions with a smile.
My drink was crafted exactly how I imagined it—delicious and spot-on! My kids were thrilled with their choices too. My husband wasn’t quite as thrilled with his, but what happened next truly showcased the heart of this location. When we returned to see about switching his drink, Abby kindly explained their policy but offered to check with the manager for us.
Taylor, the store manager—an absolute gem! She came out personally, listened to our feedback with genuine care, and then made some incredible recommendations that turned everything around. Her understanding and customer-first attitude were beyond impressive.
This level of service, kindness, and attention to detail made my 30-minute drive more than worth it. I’ll be back without hesitation, knowing that 7 Brew isn’t just about great drinks—it’s about creating a top-tier, memorable experience. Thank you, Abby and Taylor, for going above and beyond!

I have been a customer since opening day. I was told by a 7brew manager I’d have to show ID to get a free birthday drink…..the girl said let me ask my manager so I don’t get into trouble….she came back an said no I have to have my profile up to date. I explained I’d done that she said it takes 7 days before I am able to get a free drink. Also while 4 cars were in line waiting to place orders there was at 6 ppl in the building doing nothing but talking to each other. Since the new system I’ve lost 4 free drinks i had saved….called to talk with the manager an nobody has returned my call!!!! I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION!!!!! Absolutely horrible!. Their lucky they even got 1 star review

I deleted my first review. It was about how they cant get light ice right. They’ve redeemed themselves over the last month my coffee has been perfect almost everyday but 1 thats damn near perfect and if its wrong they will remake on the spot for you. The most consistent 7 brew around the area I appreciate the consistency.

The person taking orders this morning was extremely rude. She put my drink order in wrong then when i said it was wrong she said “figures, apparently this is supposed to have carmel drizzle”. Also realized they didn’t make my drink correctly after i left. I asked for banana bread blondie and i ended up with a plain blondie and shitty experience. Used to love this location came here specifically because the coffee is always so much better than by my house. Well bad choice and a waste of time today. This is my fourth visit to a 7brew at three different locations since the system changed and I’ve had four drinks now that were made wrong. Good thing I don’t mind throwing away $20 in disappointing coffee…

My sister and I went last Thursday to get a coffee after watching a movie, and they were super polite and helpful , they were able to figure out the actual drinks we wanted since we didn’t remember the name. Dakota was so lovely and sweet, the customer service was great! Thank you girls for being so nice.

Normally I am not particularly impressed with the “atmosphere” of any drive-thru. We use drive-thru coffee because it’s quick and convenient, not when we want to relax with a cuppa. But 7Brew does a great job of being very friendly and making you feel welcomed, even while providing fast expedient service. They’re trying hard to have unique beverages, but seems like every place has all the flavor options these days, but it is definitely their level of service and attitude that sets them apart.
