I’m wondering if Morgan’s hasn’t come under new ownership in the last few months.
Certainly not the same quality of pizza the last two times ordered! Pizza was burnt both times, less toppings and sauce seemed to be hotter with spices. We always found Morgan’s to be a little more expensive than other pizza restaurants but we were willing to pay for the quality. Just not sure if the end product lately is worth the cost. Disappointed

So happy we received a gift card for here, otherwise it wouldn’t be on our regular places to eat. We will definitely be ordering from here again. Service is quick and friendly. 10% off orders of $20 for pick up is great. We ordered a 14 inch for the 2 of us and have leftovers for lunch the next day. We had the all meat special which is loaded with meat and very tasty. It is just pick up or delivery so keep that in mind.

We had ham and pineapple, vegetarian. Both were the worst we’ve ever had. The vegetarian didn’t have olives and the vegetables were practically minced. The sauce was tasteless. The price was over 40 dollars for 2 mediums which is outrageous! Never again!!!

We ordered pizza from there and it was late, cold and burnt. Morgan’s used to be be good, but not anymore. Even the sauce was off. We will never order from Morgan’s again!

Formerly my favourite pizza place in the city but the pizza has become incredibly inconsistent. Phone service is terrible I have been on hold for 10+ minutes at a time before, have been hung up on, my orders have been consistently messed up. Decided I would give them another chance today and when I called they said there was a warning under my account saying I had ordered before and not paid or showed up to pick up my order? That never happened so it definitely doesn’t help my history of poor experiences here. Again this used to be my absolute favourite place to get pizza in town but now between messing up my orders, horrid phone service, inconsistent quality, and clerical errors on the part of the business being pushed onto me I will just take my business elsewhere.

Morgan’s Pizza used to be the go to place to order a really great tasting pizza. Best in town for taste. And Price. A large pizza for 30 bucks plus delivery, awesome deal for a single person. That’s 2 meals! Sometimes 3 if I’m not super hungry.
But when it becomes “unfeasible at this time” to make anything other than small alterations from existing menu choices, that’s not really feasible for me then. Makes me question freshness on the pizza being made for me if anything other than alterations are available at this time?
And if its that difficult to put different toppings (that already exist on your menu) on a pizza to accommodate a customer that’s been getting pizza here for over 15 years….then I think that’s also not very feasible for me to spend anymore money here. Sad because I believe in tipping our delivery drivers well! 20% or custom over if on a pay day. I think I’ll go somewhere a little more accommodating.

My Dad is currently undergoing chemotherapy, which has understandably made him very sick. Chemo is known for altering your tastebuds and food that you once enjoyed soon begin to taste awful. Well, the only food he hasn’t lost his appetite for is the meatlover’s from Morgan’s Pizza. I just ordered him a personal size off of skip the dishes, because at this point, any food is helpful. Morgan’s continues to be the best pizza in town – even for the sick and dying! ❤️
