Excellent lobster rolls and burgers. I would of liked my burger a little more medium rare, but other than that the food was great. There is a lot of outdoor space and seating.

They are now located behind the garden supply center. The seating area is set back from the parking lot bordered by flowers on one side and a high fence on the other. Seating is picnic benches with umbrellas for shade. It’s a great setup for a food truck.

The owners have their own butcher barn nearby, and many of the items are local and made from scratch, so it really is farm to table.

I had the Vermont style lobster roll. It’s different from the creamier version they had last year, which is still on the menu under a different name. Both versions are outstanding.

Easily one of the best burgers I’ve ever eaten. Bacon cheddar burger was so good that I ordered a second one. Fries were very nice as well.

Love the cute atmosphere. They accomplished a small picnic type area with tables. The food was excellent. We had the Philly cheese steak sandwiches and it was steak; not a shaved thin beef. And, a good size sub sandwich. Well worth a trip for a hamburger or another featured sandwich…a Michigan all beef hotdog to a lobster roll. You won’t be disappointed.

OMG, get down to the food truck behind Gardners supply for amazing tasty options! The lobster rolls – VT style – were loaded with big hunks of very lightly dressed meat. We also feasted on the poutine with the best poutine gravy I’ve had, beaucoup fries, and tender brisket and cheese. The gals in the truck were super peppy and made sure we had fantastic food. Go now!

When I came here after this food truck first opened I enjoyed the salad I had but it was nothing special. When I had lunch here today I was extremely dissatisfied. The burger is tiny and overpriced and the fries you have to pay extra for aren’t even good. I couldn’t believe how tiny the burger was I can’t imagine what their sliders are, and the meat wasn’t even tasty it was dry and bland. I’m still hungry after paying $20 for this meal and it doesn’t even taste like the ingredients are as fresh as they claim. Also, the bored teenager working the food truck seemed like he was mentally on another planet he was so spaced out, awful service and not a good deal at all.

This place is so good. Such a hidden gem. Definitely the best burgers and Philly cheesesteaks in the Burlington area. Great portion sizes and very friendly staff. Plus buy some fantastic local wagyu steaks to take home while you are there.

Can’t believe more people don’t know about this place. It’s shockingly good.

As others have said, the burgers were okay but a bit dry. The french fries looked good but inside tasted pretty undercooked probably because they’re cut so thick. I’ll probably try it again at some point but at $20 for a burger and fries probably not for a while and I’ll skip the fries next time.

Great food, nice menu, nice people, good location. The rain tonight made me wish you had a pager system or some way to signal that the order’s ready (text would be fine with me), but that’s minor compared to the stuff that really matters.

I don’t think I saw this mentioned anywhere: they have 4 big tables with umbrellas set up next to the parking lot.

Quite a nice surprise right off route 7 in Shelburne. We used to go to the sirloin saloon back in the day, which is knocked down and right next-door. The poutine with steak on it was enough for a couple people to eat easily, and was very tasty. Prices are extremely affordable considering today’s environment. You can also buy local meat right there. I’m all about direct to farm.
