We visited this restaurant on a weekday evening to celebrate our daughters’ birthdays. We came specifically for the deep-dish pizza and believed we had clearly ordered it, but the first pizza served was thin crust instead. This surprised both us and the waitress, and it took a bit longer than expected to receive the correct deep-dish pizza in the end.
We truly appreciated how the situation was handled. The waitress was very understanding, friendly, and attentive, and it became clear that there was simply a misunderstanding during ordering. The manager also came to our table to personally apologize, which we appreciated.
Mistakes like these can happen anywhere, but what matters most is how they are resolved, and the staff handled it with professionalism and care.
In the end, our family was happy to enjoy the deep-dish pizza we came for, and it was very tasty, along with complimentary birthday sundae ice creams for our girls, which was a very nice touch. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and we felt well taken care of.

My family went to Moretti’s for a family reunion party and we had the best time! Our waitress was very attentive, thoughtful and informative. The food was amazing, I got the French Onion soup and a French Onion Steak Sandwich and it was incredible. The waitress even ask how we would like our steak on the sandwiches (I said rare and my parents said medium rare we were very impressed when everything came out just the way we wanted it.) My mom had coleslaw with hers and my dad shared his fries (which were crispy and delicious). My aunts and uncles had a variety of other things off the menu for example pizza, sandwich wraps, pasta and that was only what I could see from my side of the table (we had a large group). There was plenty of seating, no wait time and a bar area with TVs where people could sit and watch their favorite sports. It was not crowded with a warm and friendly atmosphere. I highly recommend Moretti’s for your next outing or family get together!

While the food was good, our server Amanda was terrible. We let her know at the start we had a conference and had a slight time crunch and hoped to be in and out in an hour. She proceeded to chit chat with coworkers, visit all the other tables and sit at the computer. We had to wait 15 minutes minimum for her to come get our checks back and our hopefully quick meal took over an hour and a half. It would be one thing if the location was busy, but there were less than 5 tables she was waiting on.

Pizza was ok. Asked for well done, was not well done at all. There was an absurd amount of cheese on the pizza, would have been much better with about half the amount of cheese. Crust was good but was just overshadowed by the amount of cheese. Has potential but fell short. Most likely wouldn’t come back.

Amanda is an outstanding server. She makes sure everything you want you get. She recommended the coconut onion rings. They were great. The Moretti’s BBQ Pizza & Coconut Onion Rings we had twice in the last month have been great. The very good manager (Did not get her name) came to our table to ask if everything was okay. Great atmosphere.

Great lunch on a nice day in Schaumburg, IL with my dog before heading back to Michigan. Enjoying pizza on the patio. Hostess even have her a “Pup-a-chino” and a water. Been here last year and food was so good I had to come back.

Order 2 pizzas and some cheese fries. Paid over $80, just to get home and see that my fries bags are literally empty. Not even half of bag. Really disappointing. Will not be coming back.

Our family loves this location. It’s so lively and food is on point always! I just wish the spinach artichoke dip didn’t come with colored chips (red 40 clearly in the red chips) and was served with pita chips or just plain corn/ blue corn tortilla chips. Other than that, our waiter was friendly and pizza didn’t take too long to make either! Thoroughly enjoyed.

We had a group of 20 today at the Schaumburg location and Emily took amazing care of us! She was very pleasant, courteous, and attentive to our entire crew. She helped us get settled in to our area at the back of the restaurant, helped to organize a special table for our appetizers, took special care to make sure everyone got what they ordered, and was an overall blessing!
