I came here today and EVERYTHING came out wrong! I don’t come here because they always forget something and the ranch I got here was expired when I opened it. I gave them another shot and they asked me to pull up to the front and wait for my food. Once my food comes they forgot my hash browns, my drink, my sauces, and the burger wasn’t plain. They weren’t busy either just really distracted and honestly they couldn’t care less is how their attitude felt to me. I went inside to ask for my missing items and the cashier looked offended/annoyed and that was pretty much the whole experience. This location went from bad to worse…

Disgraceful. They pulled me over to the parking lot. Forgot my sauces and I had to get off to get them. I wish I would have inspected my food bc they charged me for the superstar I ordered but gave me a burger with one patty and old lettuce. Yet another fast food place that loves to cheat the community. There wasn’t even a line to excuse their mistakes. This is rude and just plain theft. I always remember a face tho. No worries. I’ll be sure to check you slimy people next time.

This a great stop for lunch as we’re another hour from destination. Perris, CA right from exit on 215 S… easy & convenient, and of course, we wanted to try the “Filet of Fish” sandwich which is a new addition to our Carl Jr’s favorites. The Drive thru line was fast and efficient – the cashier was very polite & courteous to suggest that we could probably go to the big store across the parking lot (Starter Bros.) to use the rest rooms (we did!) as theirs is currently not open to the public. Our food was delicious, fresh, hot & the best criss-cut fries I’ve had! The cashier was very personable and even wished us a nice day! A must ‘stop’ for a yummy Angus burger & fish sandwich for sure!
