My family and I love their paletas! They have the perfect amount of sweetness, and are the perfect treat on a hot day.
My 8 year old’s favorite is the cookies and cream, while my husband and I rotate between the pistachio, coffee with cream, and strawberries with condensed milk.
The staff are always kind and helpful. The place is kept clean.
My only gripe is with the paid parking (not Morelia’s fault), but otherwise we enjoy Morelia very much.

The richest paleta’s I’ve had. Tried the passionfruit with cream and the Belgian chocolate. Both seemed to not melt despite the warm interior temperature. I’m used to paletas being mostly water based or a mild taste. Not the case with these. The flavor was stronger than ice cream and more on the level of gelato. Pricewise it’s on the very high end for paletas but I think it’s worth what they charge and a great alternative to going out for cup/cone ice cream.

Loads of love to Rosa (love from mounika, sankalp and our little son advaith), she is such a lovely staff person. I think hands down this is the best icecream place in Houston, no debate. It’s a cute little store with lovely decorations to get insta worthy pictures. I would want to try all of their ice creams flavours if I could. My favorite ofcourse is chocolate fudge. Love the concept, love the staff and love the overall experience of this place. Definitely worth the try. Parking is available but it’s paid parking I think during the day. Sugarless icecream options are also available.

Love coming to Morelia’s. On our most recent visit, the service felt less welcoming than usual, and we weren’t allowed to sit inside even though we arrived about an hour before closing. We’ve also had a prior visit where the waffle maker wasn’t available. We’ve always enjoyed this place in the past, so I hope this was just an off day and that the experience returns to what it’s been before.
