I did a DoorDash pickup order through this establishment. When I arrived, there were 6-7 other groups of people in the building that not a single one had received their food. After waiting 20 mins, one person had received their food, and all of the employees were standing around not making food. At this point, the majority of the people that had been waiting for over an hour were getting up and asking for refunds. To which they started just refunding people instead of making their food that they had ordered. When I asked them to cancel my order, they said that they couldn’t do that since it was an order through DoorDash. Through back and forth with DoorDash and them, they finally decided that they could just make our food and still didn’t refund us. And then they ended up “making” our food in 5 mins. I ended up being there for over an hour. When we finally received the food, it was soggy and tasted like it had not been made right then, but rather most likely had been sitting for over an hour, and it wasn’t even what I had ordered. I ordered two burgers, two fries, and two shakes. I received three burgers, one fry, and two shakes. And the burgers weren’t even the right kind of what I had ordered. I have contacted Mooyah customer service about a refund, but I would not recommend going to this store specifically. I’m not sure about other stores.

I am a huge fan of Mooyah! The food is always very good and fresh. And this location is no different. The food was superb! April was my server and did a wonderful job being polite,friendly, and very efficient! It was great to receive service from someone who definitely knew what they were doing! Keep up the great job! I highly recommend this location.

I’m not big on burgers but my brother had just won 1st place in his strong man competition and of course he picks we here we eat. He chose this place and I must say it did NOT disappoint!!!!! I finished my entire burger and my sweet potatoes fries and half a milk shake. The food was Great!!! We all left happy!! The service was amazing as well the Glen took our orders and it was 8 of us in our group and we separate orders and bring our first time there we took our time checking out the menu and glen was just as patient with and helpful all with a smile on good face!! Bo, James and Javon were the guys that cooked our food fresh to order and they even help Glen bring out the orders to our table! Service was great and speedy!! Not only was the food fresh and delicious but they guys were so nice and professional!! I give them a 10/10⭐️ can’t wait to go back to BR for some more mooyahs!!! And my bad I forgot to take a picture before hand so that’s a pic have eaten sandwich and then afterwards nothing left!

I tried Mooyah for the first time a few days ago. I was greeted warmly by Spencer and April, and after chatting with them about the menu, I placed my order. Everything came out fresh and presented well. I ordered a BBQ burger with two patties, a side of french fries, and a butter pecan milkshake. The flavor was great for everything and I had no issues whatsoever. I did want to comment on how pleasant and welcoming Spencer and April were! I will definitely be coming back.

I’ve gone to the Mooyah on Highland at Bluebonnet so many times and have always left thinking I really owe them a Google review because their food is the best and their team is even better. Their cheeseburger is the best in Baton Rouge, always cooked perfectly on buns you can see the cooks freshly cutting in the back, the fries are ::chefs kiss:: perfectly salty & seasoned and fried on the spot and maybe I just get lucky, but I feel like they always overstuff and serve more fries! The person at the front counter really is always in a good mood, everyone I’ve encountered on all my visits, you can tell they really enjoy their job or they are genuinely kind people, same with the cooks that sometimes bring out the food, they are always so sweet and tell me thanks and to have a great day. Long story short: best cheeseburger in BR, friendly service, 10/10 will be back

I’m really disappointed with my recent visit. The girl at the counter was not attentive at all — she was busy texting while taking my order, which made me feel both ignored and discriminated against. She didn’t even give me napkins, and her attitude felt like “take this and go” instead of providing any real service.
This is surprising because the guys and girls who helped me before were always so caring, friendly, and wonderful. You truly have the best burgers, but this experience has made me rethink ordering from here again. I hope this gets addressed so customers don’t feel the way I did.

Where do I even begin? I will begin with the turkey burger I got since not a lot of places do it. My word. I am not exaggerating when I say this was the best turkey burger I’ve ever tasted in my life. Truly. I also tried my gf’s burger which was good and I’m sure would’ve been a bigger hit for me if I hadn’t just had my world absolutely rocked by this turkey burger. Their fries were solid but dip them in their hot sauce. I think it must be a homemade hot sauce because wow it was good. If this place had a Coke freestyle machine I think I’d go everyday. Dang. What a turkey burger
