I ordered the original Dairy Queen ice cream cake on Sunday to be picked up on Monday at 4 o’clock. My daughter went to pick up the cake at 4 o’clock and it wasn’t ready, they gave her an Oreo cookie cake that didn’t have writing on it and it was supposed to say, happy 24th birthday Luke so they had to write it on while she was waiting. Two different colors of blue and the writing looked like it was from a two-year-old. I got charged $40 for the wrong cake, terrible writing and the cake not being ready on time.

Management should do a better job of training employees.
Employees souuld be a little more respectful of customers.
Extremely slow & la cadasical food was not hot by the time it was delivered, it sat packaged for 15 minutes while I waited in the drive through.
Young lady working could do much better…

Unfortunately this is one of the worst Dairy Queen’s for quality and customer service. It took nearly 30 minutes for 3 blizzards I ordered in the drive through. There were at least 6 young people working and it wasn’t that busy. Corporate office sent a manager there to fix the problem a few years ago. It was better for a while, but now it’s back to very slow service and unprofessional staff again. I cannot figure out why DQ allows this to happen knowing their long standing commitment to quality and service. It would be so nice to see improvements. Thank you.

I wanted to order JUST a burger and was told I couldn’t get it without a basket. Ordered 4 chicken strips instead and was charged for a basket but didn’t get beverage or fries (but I did get bread). Chicken strips were very dry and barely warm. The did get my Blizzard right though. The man behind the counter was very nice, but didn’t seem to know what he was doing and never asked for help.

one of the slowest ‘fast food’ places ever. there’s no reason it takes 20+ minutes to make a burger and an ice cream when there is no drive through orders, and nobody inside, with at least 5 employees.
i’m not sure if everyone here is just incompetent, but majority of the time people are just standing around doing nothing. was way better before their ‘reopening’
also ‘relations team’ don’t even bother. you’ve been seeing reviews for months and nothing has changed. this place is an actual joke

Was the food delicious? No, it’s DQ. I was skeptical of even trying this location because of the terrible reviews, but we came on a Sunday and it was slow. It took awhile before we got to order but the food came out fast and fresh.

This location is run by teenagers and it shows. There is zero awareness when it is busy and absolutely zero hustle. The customer service is next to none and I frequently notice that customers are waiting much longer than they should for a blizzard. This entire location would benefit from proper management.

Usually, I get a treat weekly, and I’m disappointed with the amount of ice cream given for a large cone, it did not cover the cone. Also, the turnaround time for the cones is low. Mine was stale and chewy even without the added ice cream. Otherwise, the overall flavor and taste is great.

The drive-Thur wait was long so we decided to eat inside. The service was quick and friendly even though it was busy. The food was hot and correctly made. The inside of the store could of used a good clean down though. Many tables were dirty and had crumbs
