The food here was very, very good! The service was great The environment is really nice. The music isn’t too too loud. The food came out hot and fresh. If you don’t like spices let them know not to season your fries you can have them seasoned or unseasoned. The sweet potato fries are amazing thin and crispy but not hard, The burger was flavorful and they have a lot of options for toppings and sauces. It’s a little bit pricey but in all honesty it’s Westchester, you can’t expect anything less than that. For the amount of food you get and the quality of the food that you’re getting the price isn’t honestly bad. I definitely recommend trying it if you’re in the area. The four stars is only because I wasn’t informed that the French fries have spices on them and I’m very sensitive to spice I feel like that should be disclosed on the menu but that’s not the fault of the particular chain but the people who created the menus. they did remake them for me with no questions and no extra charge if I could give a four and a half star review I would.

I got salad with chicken to go and they didn’t give me the chicken or the mushrooms. I’d run back for the items they forgot, but I only have so much time for lunch. So I wasn’t exactly happy when I asked for a refund or exchange and they only offered a refund on the chicken.

Was a little rough this trip TBH. We went after 8pm so they were starting to clean up. Burgers and ammonia smell don’t mix. The restaurant was dirty and disheveled. One of the ice dispensers was broken and there were little bugs flying around our table. The restroom had numerous flies buzzing around. Only reason it is 2 stars is the workers are genuinely friendly and it was the end of the day.

Great burger place! Many choices and all good quality. Much better quality that you might be used to at such a casual and inexpensive place. Good counter style service and they will make the burger exactly as you like.

This place is allergy friendly! The manager was SO HELPFUL when we informed him of my partner’s serious onion allergy. He checked all the sauce ingredients for us AND he had his staff all change their gloves and scrub down the grill to avoid contamination. It was so sweet and considerate- in fact, it was above and beyond what we had hoped for!

Also shocked by the great reviews of this place, super super unorganized. We waited 15 extra minutes after our food for two milkshakes, one chocolate and one vanilla, we were handed a vanilla and a peanut butter after asking for the milkshakes twice. Thankfully I am not allergic to peanuts, but imagine I was? How unsafe & the staff didn’t even seem to care. Food was okay, best part was the buns, probably won’t return. Please be careful here if you have any allergies !

I love this place. The burgers are great and the atmosphere is in . nice sweet spot. Not stuffy, not formal. Easy ordering and easy on the wallet. It’s much better then fast food, but less formal then a sit-down restaurant with waiter/waitress service. I like it.

Went here twice. The first time burgers were delicious but they forgot the bacon. Second time our meals were over $100 dollars and no one got what they ordered. If you just want a burger any way, this is your place. If you want what you want, pass it by.
