Now anyone who’s been to MCI knows that the wait here is probably the worst for any restaurant we’ve ever been to. Aramark (the food service for Benedictine College) consistently understaffs the restaurant because the make money whether people go to MCI or not. So the wait could take between 10min to 2 hours (I wish I was exaggerating). It’s a mystery why it takes so long to get seated when there’s open seats or to get your order taken or your food or your check. But I still love the food and shakes so I still keep coming back. Just not often.

Waited over an hour for seating when there were tables open, while waitresses ate, chatted, and played on their phones. There is no reason why the waits at MCI are so long. Poorly run restaurant that is an embarrassment to a great school.

Only if you’re a Benedictine student and you’re willing to pay the same price for slow, lower quality food as you might get elsewhere. Sometimes service is quick and servers are polite but most of the time its pretty bad. But hey, its a college diner, are we expecting a 5 star restaraunt?

The food there is so so. However I do not think I will ever go back; one time I tried ordering a milkshake but the waitress said she would not make one because they were understaffed and she had too many tables to serve; however the resturant was not even half full! She was so rude and inconsiderate, completely unacceptable.

A lot of food!!! That’s what you get here. The staff are hospitable but the wait is extremely long. I would recommend being prepared for a wait when eating here.

This place is an embarrassment to the community. I’ve never seen such in-competence overlooked and passed off as normal. This is the epitome of degeneracy and pridless labor. Considering the tuition of the school I cannot fathom how students and staff allow such low quality labor and lack of attentiveness.
