I recently placed an order via Uber Eats, and the displayed image was Spaghetti and Meatballs. I wasn’t aware that meatballs needed to be added to the order. Eating spaghetti without meatballs seems like an incomplete meal. As a result, I received only spaghetti. Smh

I was extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this restaurant—not because of the food, but because of how they treat people. When I went to pick up my order, I witnessed the staff asking delivery drivers to wait outside in the pouring rain.

It was heartbreaking to see hardworking men and women—who are out there earning an honest living—left standing in the cold and wet weather with no shelter, while the staff inside remained comfortable and dry. This is not just about customer service, it’s about basic humanity, respect, and the dignity of labor.

Delivery workers make it possible for restaurants like this to thrive. The least they deserve is a bit of kindness and respect—something as simple as allowing them to wait inside for a few minutes until the order is ready.

Food might fill the stomach, but the way a business treats people shows its true character. Unfortunately, this experience left me with a bitter taste, and I will not be supporting a place that cannot show compassion toward the very people helping their business succeed.

I recently had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. Despite being relatively empty, the staff’s behavior was unprofessional. What really stood out to me, however, was the way they treated the delivery personnel. While the staff were preparing orders, someone came out and asked the delivery guys to leave and wait outside in the pouring rain. It was a stark reminder of the lack of respect and empathy towards workers who are often underappreciated and overworked.

it was disheartening to see the restaurant prioritize their convenience over the dignity and well-being of their delivery partners. Every worker, regardless of their role, deserves to be treated with respect and kindness. Unfortunately, this experience fell short of those expectations.

I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to others. Not only was the food mediocre, but the treatment of their staff and delivery partners was unacceptable.

Ordered 2 meatball subs and a cheesecake that was $9.50 !! The Cheesecake was a small sliver of a sliver smh ..so small it was laughable ..whoever works there and did the order must have ate the other piece …It’s so ridiculous and never again!!!! I order off of Uber as (King) there all the time..They must be so poor the quantity is so bad

Have been ordering from here via UberEats and we love the food! I’ve read some other reviews and I’m surprised to see negative comments because we’ve only had positive experiences when ordering from here.

I feel like the menu has something for everyone, and the variety is helpful when ordering for 5+ people at a time.

Honestly, my only gripe was that the Caesar salad had too much anchovy in the dressing. There are always large portions and leftovers for the next day. No complaints here.

If ordering online, pay attention to the time you put the order in, because it might get delayed during rush hour traffic, but again, not a massive issue.

They put Montclair to shame. I would Expect better food to come out of that town. We ordered Uber eats. Food was $50 not including tip and it was pure trash. The chicken parm sandwiches were these tiny little things and the cheese were nonexistent. The calamari was the texture of cardboard and the mozzarella sticks were a joke as well. The bag was very light for the amount of money we paid. It has to be really bad if I leave a review. Save your money. Do not order here.

What shocked me about this restaurant was not the food, but the lack of basic humanity. I saw delivery drivers being asked to wait outside in heavy rain while orders were being prepared. These are hardworking people who already brave tough conditions every day, and forcing them to stand in the storm showed a complete disregard for their dignity.

Every profession deserves respect, and no business should thrive at the cost of treating people without compassion. A warm, dry corner inside would have cost the restaurant nothing, but it would have shown care and respect. Instead, it felt cold—both literally and figuratively.

Until this place learns that treating people with decency and dignity matters just as much as serving good food, I cannot recommend it.

I ordered penne pasta with Alfredo sauce it was plain and it has chicken in the picture but it comes without it not even salt and pepper to add to it and they sent me two pizza slices that smell really bad I didn’t ask for it.

I ordered from them a few times before and had fairly ok experiences. My boyfriend and I went there for take out last night, and the gnocchi with bolognese sauce was so terribly disappointing. There was barely any sauce (and the very little they added was basically red water), the noodles were super sticky, and the packing was sloppy. It’s almost like they want the customers to hate the experience, hence all the reviews saying the same things and no response nor change from the restaurant. And since that’s the case, like many other customers, I’m bringing my business elsewhere.
