I was so excited to finally visit Daily Dose! The fact that I can have anything I want and not feel guilty about it is amazing.
My sister and I started off with the mini protein doughnuts. We were able to change up the flavor of each one. We ordered oreo, m&m, fruity pebbles, white chocolate and churro. Each doughnut was the perfect bite; guilty free!
For drinks, my sister ordered the pumpkin dulce de leche shake and I ordered the peach Bellini energy drink. Both were really good I wish I lived close enough to have one every day!
Parking wasn’t bad on a Monday afternoon as I found street parking around the corner. You can also sit inside as they have puzzles and cozy seats to relax in while you enjoy your treats.
If you’re looking for a healthy spot with a vibe, Daily Dose is it!

I have frequented Daily Dose several times over the last month or so, and I can’t recommend it enough! First, the owner is wonderful. She always has a smile on her face and is always happy to help you. Not to mention the fact that the food and drinks are so delicious! I love how the menu stays fresh and fun with monthly specials, but the permanent menu is extensive, so there is something for every taste. The ambiance is cozy and bright, plus they have an excellent online presence. So happy this little shop is here !

We ordered last minute on a Friday and the staff was incredible at making sure we got what we wanted. Aliya got us 50 donuts 30 minutes before close on my birthday, thank you so much and I cannot wait to come back ❤️ Due to surgery I have specific diet restrictions so I was looking forward to this treat all week and was not disappointed!!

I spilled my protein shake all over my desk at work this morning and I’m so glad I did because I discovered Montclair Nutrition !!! First time here and WOW, all around amazing. Especially the handwritten note on my cup, compliments of Aaliyah!

This is my FAVORITE place to go and kill my cravings. I’m a gym rat and I always need to keep up with my protein daily goal but I also have a sweet tooth. So this is the best spot for a person like me. They have protein waffles, donuts and yummy shakes.

I love this place! The protein waffles and donuts are delicious and don’t taste healthy, even though they are! I’ve also had several of the shakes and teas and have not tasted anything I didn’t like. Josh and Aaliyah are so nice and upbeat and really make my day every time I go in. Can’t recommend Montclair Nutrition enough!

First time trying this place over the weekend and I ordered the “Pomegranate Crush”. This drink was light, refreshing and very tasty. Atmosphere of the place very cute and cozy. I really loved the comfort of the place. The owner was very nice and pleasant as well. I’ll definitely will be back to try out other drinks
