Absolutely fantastic experience here. Great service and the food came out perfect. Appetizers was Antojitos which was with cheese, cream cheese, jalapeno and red pepper. Super delicious. And deep fried pickles that were solid. Our steaks were cooked to exactly what we wanted. My only small suggestion is maybe the tables could use an overhaul but that’s a minor gripe. Thanks for the great meal

Amazing experience at Montana’s last night! The entire staff was working incredibly hard, and you could really feel the teamwork and great energy in the restaurant despite how busy it was. A special shoutout to MJ, who went above and beyond..she kept checking on us, made sure we were well taken care of, and did it all with such a positive and friendly attitude. Service like hers truly makes a difference. Huge thanks to MJ and the whole Montana’s team for a wonderful night!

Our experience today was terrible.. we arrived 4pm but waited til 4:35 for our 4th party to arrive. We ordered immediately once he came. While we had our drinks, the 4th party ordered his drink but took over half hour to arrive. 5:20pm two meals arrived… then the fixings for ONE of two Fajitas showed up… After another 15 minutes waiting I flagged down the manager (think he was manager) and said we were still waiting… Then he arrived with the two meals, 5:40pm. It was an hour wait for our food. Also we paid twice for a coffee for one, no free refills at this chain. $5.98 for a coffee. Absolutely not impressed with the service in the restaurant chain. While the food was good, Montana’s in Fort McMurray will not be a place we will be coming back to. We were visiting the area at the time.
UPDATE: We appreciate management reaching out to us. We took them up on their offer and we were served a timely and very good meal. Thank you very much. We will be back when in town.

Ordered the “Creamy Mac n cheese” and added burnt ends, for pickup. I was told 25mins wait time, I was there 5 mins early and my order was already ready. The Mac n cheese was $19 and $4 additional for the burnt ends. Very little cheese and half the noodles were plain, the burnt ends were actually burnt and very dry. The whole order was cold by the time I crossed the parking lot to the Clearview hotel. Should have just went to Wendy’s instead.

Montana’s never disappoints. Food always comes out fresh and the service is friendly, welcoming, and fast. Our server, Kem, was warm and ensured the accuracy of the items we were ordering without being too pushy. Which I appreciate very much. If you’re craving some protein, Montana’s is a great choice.

Loved the steak, ribs, and wings from the pitmaster’s combo. You get your money’s worth. Also, our server for the evening (our second time now), Kem, was awesome and very attentive and went over and beyond with the service by ensuring you had what you might need. 10/10.
