Had a great time out with my friends. Good food and Great service. Katrina was our server and she was constantly checking in with us, brought everything in a timely manner, and was very fun and polite! Would 100% come back just because of her!! Thanks again for another great dinner!

The service is amazing, the food is hot, amazing portions, it smells really good, everyone there is so nice, best steak and fries I’ve ever had. Not to mention they have Dr Pepper. Our server Darla was amazing and so kind, first thing she did was compliment us, she was the best server we could’ve asked for.

Very good dining experience, Montana’s is always very consistent. The highlight of our dinner was our server, she was very knowledgeable, helpful, patient, and very attentive (Tammy?). Unfortunately, the pork ribs we had had likely been cooked a while ago, or sitting around for a bit, as the meaty end of the ribs had dried out. Having said that, the appetizers were very good, and the other entree was also very good. Overall a good experience, just need to solve the issue of ribs drying out.

Ive been ordering Antojitos for a few years now. Today I placed a take out order and the portion sizes have been cut in half. This is actually ridiculous. How can you have no shame? I’ve always ordered the same thing and it’s always been a decent portion. NOW it’s the same price for HALF the amount of food. The tiny 6 pieces you gave is suppose to be for 2 people? WOW Im absolutely shocked and disgusted at how much of a cut they made but we still pay the same exact price $13!!! They used to package it in the larger container, and now it looks like a side dish and not a started for 2 people, the sour cream is bigger than the actual meal.

We are extremely regular Montana’s guests in our hometown… Easily three times a week, and we actively seek out Montana’s when we travel. The food is consistently good, which is why we keep coming back, but the main reason we visit is the staff. Normally, Montana’s staff are fantastic.
This visit was very different.
We came in on a Friday around 4:45 pm, fully expecting a wait, but the bar side was almost empty, only one table occupied. That alone was surprising. We sat at the bar and joked with the bartender that we eat here so often we don’t need menus. Julia, our server, was friendly.
Unfortunately, the atmosphere quickly went downhill.
For the 1.5–2 hours we were there, Julia and another server openly and constantly gossiped about another staff member. Other employees occasionally joined in. It wasn’t subtle, it wasn’t brief, and it wasn’t professional! It was nonstop, negative, and uncomfortable. The other server never made eye contact with us, never smiled, and never acknowledged us once.
Everyone has bad days, but this went far beyond that. As guests, it was honestly one of the most uncomfortable dining experiences we’ve had, and at a Montana’s, of all places. The environment felt toxic, and it was impossible not to notice.
I can say with confidence that this location is quiet because of the staff atmosphere. Had this been our first Montana’s experience, we would never have returned to the brand.
When we left, I asked for a business card for the GM and was told they were out. I would have ideally sent this to them for review and will send one to head office.
The takeaway is simple: personal issues and trash talk need to stay out of guest view. Two solid hours of it in front of customers was unacceptable and disappointing. I cant imagine how intimidated and bullied the target of the talk felt. Sad

Montana’s does a good job of serving quality food, in comfortable surroundings.
My Southern fried chicken sandwich was very good.
However, the coleslaw’s dressing, the coleslaw being a tasty addition to the sandwich, caused the bun to become very wet, and messy.
I have no problem considering a return visit.

Incredible staff and place!
Left something behind after I left the restaurant and when I went back they all jumped to help me and went above and beyond to help me get it back(even checked the cameras for me), will definitely be coming back in the future!
