This is an incredible neighborhood gem! I saw this place was recommended on NextDoor so when I was in Monroe, NJ for a doctors appt on Thurs. 1/29, I made a point to stop here. I ordered a cappuccino(or maybe a latte, I can’t remember) and the #5 breakfast caprese. Both were beautifully presented and absolutely delicious! Coffee drink had cinnamon added which was an extra sieve all touch. And they brought both to my table. It was a bit in the pricier side but the portions and food quality made it worth it. Highly recommend! Just wish I lived closer! I want to try their perogis.

This was my first time coming to Monroe Bagel & Pastry and I had an amazing experience. The food is absolutely incredible — easily one of the best bagel spots I’ve been to. Everything was fresh and delicious. What really stood out though was the customer service from Fima. He went above and beyond, was extremely helpful, and made the whole experience even better. You can tell he genuinely cares about making sure customers leave happy. Great food and even better service. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to everyone!

Amazing bagel cafe in the neighborhood! The bagels are fresh with a perfect balance of chewyness and crispness! The latkes are delicious. Great selection of freshly baked croissants – plain, almond, pistachio and chocolate. Plus plenty of omlettes making for a hearty breakfasg. You get your moneys worth and yummy. These bagels are stuffed and the coffee is strong and good. We had the classic Lox, The traditional steak bagel and the avocado eggs Benedict. Everyone enjoyed their dish and the friendly staff.
