Everything!! My crabs are always fresh and hot, not to mention DELICIOUS. The customer service is top tier. The atmosphere is always welcoming and the young people who work there are always in great spirits, willing to help and knowledgeable. I used to travel from DC just to get Conrad’s. Now I live 5 minutes away! One of the best decisions everrrrrrrr!

So we stopped here on accident while in town. We thought we were going to the restaurant, then realized once we ordered that this was the market with just a couple tables. Out of towner mistake. The staff treated us with such great service I couldn’t have had a better experience. We’d never had crab like this being from Ohio, and the manager sat with us and showed us how to properly crack and take them apart. She was so kind and fun. My son his friends and I ordered a bunch of random stuff, and a dozen crab. She and the staff probably got a kick out of how wrong we were doing it but the laughs made up for all of it. They walked us through what stuff was, what to eat, how to eat it, and turned the mistake of not going to the traditional restaurant into an amazing first time Maryland Crab experience. Thank you for making our evening fun and thank you for the delicious food. I’d give them 6 starts if possible!

Been coming to Conrad’s for over 15 years and today was the first time ever I was disappointed The Cream of Crab Soup is awesome!! But the 2 broiled crabs for $34( no sides included) were very MID as the kids would say today! Time for a new recipe or cook! To be “lump meat” it was waaay more filler than lump meat present, and the taste was very HOSPITAL CAFETERIA flava!!!! Please do better

This place was great! We visited Maryland and stopped by. The aesthetic of this restaurant was on point, they even had a playground for the kiddos! Our waiter, Lauren, was a great help. Our food was a little bit on the long side, but it was good. We got the oysters which were fantastic. We also got the birria tacos, which had a rich flavor, and we got a burger and a buttermilk chicken sandwich, and they were both amazing. The prices were a little high, but I mean what isn’t in this economy. We also got the signature dessert which I’m forgetting, but it was pretty good. All pf you guys should come and visit this place.

BUYER BEWARE: I purchased cold crabs from Conrad’s in Parkville, and when I got home and opened the bag, I was flabbergasted. Almost EVERY crab was cracked, and 1 dozen out of 3 were damaged to the point that they should’ve been trashed. I called and spoke with a manager, Kyla, as well as sent pictures and let her know that I could return the damaged crabs, but she tried to convince me that this was normal and ok and would not give me any kind of refund or even a discount on a future purchase. I have purchased cold crabs for YEARS and NEVER saw ANYTHING LIKE THIS!!! Needless to say, I am DONE with Conrad’s. I would have rated NO STARS, but 1 star is the minimum. Pictures attached.

I absolutely love Conrads!! I use to buy catfish nuggets from other places until I found out here at Conrads their nuggets are made from the fresh fish. The same is with the whole fresh fish! They cook it there!! Omg!!! I never buy fish from anywhere else!! At other places, you dont know how long its been in the refrigerator? Then they have delicious steamed crabs/shrimps!! There’s so much more to try too! I must mention that the customer service is the best!! Also, if you join their royalty club, you recieve wonderful promotions!! Thanks Conrads for your food & superb customer service

I don’t know what is going on with Conrad’s, they used to be the best. Lately, they don’t clean their fish properly or remove foreign objects from them either. The guy who descaled my fish left the hook in the mouth. A long line was coming out the mouth. I was like what is that and it was a hook. Fish are caught with a hook but the fish munger should take them out when they are visible. When I called they said it happens. Imagine not being curious and throwing it in the pot. What if one of my children ate that! In damned if I go back and I really caution others to really look at your fish before cooking.
