Ordered a family pleaser for 55 bucks delivered. The worst pizza I’ve had in a long time. Under cooked and mushy. The salad was also wilted and mushy. We have the pizza in the oven now trying to salvage it. My lands it was 55 bucks. Never again Monical’s. Sad!

Ordered 2 lg and one personal pizza to go. The thin crust bbq chicken pizza was our favorite! The deluxe and cheese got “just an ok” review from the adults and kids. The employees were very helpful and nice!

What happen to this place. Service was so poor. I cleaned the table, emptied the trash. I had to call and call for people to help us. Now you order from counter. Customer service went from a 9 to 1.

This location is always so rude! And what’s with charging for a cup of dressing on carry-out orders? Does Monical’s charge these kids out of their own pocket for these condiments? This location really could use some Customer Service training. Their co-workers at the two other locations in our area could really teach them a thing or two.

If you’re ordering on the phone, just double check more than once that they actually rang in what you ordered. And if they don’t, be prepared for them to make you feel stupid on the phone when you call to figure out why the order is wrong. Pizza was pretty soggy outside the fact it wasn’t the right pizza. Recommend going to the south shores location instead.

I would like to show our love and gratitude for our waitress, Delaney. She was instantly overwhelmed with two parties with an excess of 45 people at the same time. Not not to mention the store was short staffed for an out of the ordinary visit of this many patrons to one waitress. Despite the ugly remarks from the other party, which was totally uncalled for, and a crashing computer system, she still had a smile on her face and rushed around to make sure we all had a fantastic experience! Thank you to the Mt. Zion Monical’s crew for doing everything in your power to make sure my family was taken care of.

My favorite pizza place from my childhood! Loved it soooooooo much! A little bit more salty than I remember but still oh sooo good. Gotta give this place a try. Always have to eat here whenever I come through to visit family.
