Discovered this food truck via a friend’s recommendation. Plenty of free parking and a couple tables outside that you can stay and eat at. Got the loaded veggie pizza and added pepperoni – that’s the hack to use here, it’s so delicious and they do NOT skimp on the toppings here. Add a drink and you’re good to go. Been back several times and will always swing by for this when I’m in the area.

I have been waiting 2 years for this place to open! I saw all the reviews when they had a food truck in that center but didn’t know about them when they were open.
I go by there at least 3-4× a day n look to see if they’re opened yet.
What’s going on??? Ever since Ellis Island shut down Metro pizza to renovate we have been trying to find a place that has decent pizza at a decent price.

My family and I had the pleasure of trying Mongo’s Sandwich & Pizza for the first time last night, and we were absolutely blown away by the incredible experience!
From the moment we approached the food truck, the service was top-notch. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and extremely attentive to our needs. They made us feel right at home, which is not always easy to find at a food truck.
But the real star of the show was the food! We decided to try their Cuban pizza, and it was nothing short of amazing. The flavors were a delightful fusion of Cuban and pizza goodness. The crust was perfectly crispy, and the toppings were so fresh and flavorful. It’s a unique twist on traditional pizza that you have to taste to believe.
We were also pleasantly surprised by the generous portion sizes, ensuring we left with happy, full bellies.
Not only will we be returning to Mongo’s Sandwich & Pizza, but we’ll be telling all our friends and family to give it a try. This hidden gem in Las Vegas deserves all the recognition it can get.
