I love this place, probably not for the same reasons others like restaurants. It is simple, well laid out, and efficient. You put together your ingredients, which they have plenty of. They have a lot of options to fit your taste. They grill it up for you, which they do well. And it is good food, but I guess that depends on what you put in your bowl.

We always enjoy our meals at Mongolian Grill. We’ve been there several times, and we’re always satisfied. For those who’ve never been, hers how it works: after you’re seated and have ordered your beverage, you go to the back of the room and grab a bowl. The price you pay is determined by the size of the bowl you choose. Walk down the buffet-style line and fill your bowl with whatever vegetables and meat you’d like. At the end, add a bunch of noodles of your choice and sauces. They have a sign with sauce recommendations hanging above the line. When you get to the end, there will be cooks who will cook your meal for you on their grill, which is very entertaining to watch. They only ask if you want to add an extra sauce to it (teriyaki , maybe?) You can tip the cooks if you’d like! It’s a very cool and unique dining experience. The food is of a good quality and is safely stored. Shared parking lot with other stores in the strip mall, but we’ve never had difficulty finding a spot.

My family took me here as I was visiting from Minneapolis. I really liked it…I did the all you can eat version…because it was my first time and I wanted to try different combinations of flavors and foods. At this place you can just get one bowl (small, medium, or large…then you get take the leftovers if you do just one bowl….you can’t take any leftovers if you do all you can eat.) It’s fun to experiment with all the sauces. I ended up really liking the medium sized bowl with a variety of veggies, cilantro, pineapple, beef, crab meat, and thin noodles. For my sauce I did two scoops orange, 3 Mongolian, 4 BBQ, then I did just smaller scoops of garlic, sesame, hoisin, oyster, and plum. It’s a fun and relaxed placed….I would definitely go back when I come to visit.

Food is terrible and service is even worse. If you have a kid you might want think twice before you bring your kid here. First when we got here they asked us to move because our baby was in the way when there was clearly room In the isle for the waitress to move around and second don’t over flow your bowl because they will charge you for 2 bowls and then won’t tell you that you can leave the leftovers so that you just pay the buffet price. Very crooked owners. Would not come back here again.

Very friendly staff, very accommodating with our disabled child as well. Food was great with lots of choices of meat, veg, and sauce. They get you through the line pretty quick. The only thing that felt any sort of slow was the line to pay and that was just because a bunch of people left in front of us.

Tried this place for the first time and I have to say that I’m impressed. Customer service was great and friendly and there was a variety of things to put in my bowl. I enjoyed watching them cook my bowl and didn’t mind waiting. I didn’t notice that there was a sign above the sauce station and put only Mongolian sauce in mine. I was really scared that the sauce was going to overpower my bowl but it didn’t! Next time, I’m going to try some of the sauce combo recommendations! If I had the chance to come to this place everyday, I would!
