We happened upon Mona’s while out exploring on Saturday. This is truly home cooking and you are well taken care of by the friendly owners of the place. We shared the bacon double cheeseburger and tenderloin sandwich, both were very good! This place is worth going out of your way for!

Used to drive a truck by this spot in the mornings and it was always packed, now I see why! Felt like I was eating in Grandma’s kitchen again like the good ol days. Attention all Katy Trail cyclists. If your near Green Ridge, Mona’s Red Barn Cafe is two blocks off the trail. They open at 6:30AM and there food is delicious, good portions, and very inexpensive. The owners are very friendly, the place is spotless, and the service is excellent.

Two short blocks off the Katy Trail. Friendly, SUPER CLEAN, great service, and our food was delicious. Mona and Della were very nice to a couple of out of towners passing through. Breakfast and lunch only.
