I ordered one of the specialty cheese pizza because if you can make a great cheese pizza the other toppings are a bonus.
I wanted to try it while hot so I ate a slice in my car. It was delicious. It was everything a well made pizza should be with crispy pieces and a crisp bottom. I took pictures of both so you could see what I got.
I ordered and paid for a medium but from other shops this would have been a small. So, be sure to double check to ensure you know the size you want and need.
When I arrived home it was somewhat warm but mostly cool. Still delicious.
This will be my new go to place for pizza.
The restaurant was clean and well kept. A great place to take your family for a pizza meal.
Also had a cheese and a pepperoni pizza. Very good very fresh!
Staff was so nice/ owner offered to let me take his pizza warmer to take the pizza home to my wife since it is so far from my home!! Will be back.
The pizza was very disappointing. We had been told by some friends how much they enjoyed it however to me I thought you could get the same quality at a gas station with Hunt Brothers.
My wife made the comment that for a few more minutes down the road you can drive to Royse City and eat at Palio’s for a ten times better quality meal.
Not the worst pizza I’ve had but by far not the best.
Also as an FYI the “Chocolate Pie” is a pizza crust with just chocolate syrup on it. Would not recommend this.
Where do I even begin? The pasta, a delightful dance of flavors, especially when swirled in their signature ‘aurora’ sauce – a harmonious blend of Alfredo and marinara that serenades your palate.
But ah, the pizza – it’s a star! Whether it’s a classic slice or the indulgent double crust pizza pie, loaded with layers of cheese, sausage, and pepperoni, it’s a masterpiece worthy of the pizzeria’s namesake.
Joe, the owner, along with his son, are the personified warmth of this establishment, always welcoming and embodying the essence of hospitality.
And let’s not skip the Greek bread – a testament to their range and dedication to flavor.
Lastly, the homemade garlic sauce, possibly with a touch of melted cheese magic, is the final brushstroke on this delightful dining experience.
If you haven’t been to Mona Lisa Pizza yet, consider this your sign to change that.
