I’ve been to this restaurant 4-5 times to try and like it because I love a couple items on their menu, live closely and like the karoake, but each time the service has been worse.
To clarify, I have only come in the evening so this will reflect evening service and staffing.
I have came with different groups of friends, in different sized groups, also a time just my boyfriend and I, and all times we have received terrible service.
My time today was the worst by far.
My friend opened a tab at the bar for me with my card and the drink was never made, so a server who came to our table said they would just close the tab and she would get me a drink and I also placed my food order with her for a cauliflower pizza. I then waited and my drink never came, so it took my friend going to the bar again to finally get it. ( my friend was doing it because he frequents there and we’ve noticed they only help when he asks and ignore us)
Time went by and my pizza never came and she came by to say “ it was coming right up”
Soon after she asked if we got it ( which makes no sense considering she was the only server on the floor, which I’m sure contributes to the poor service at night time but the place wasn’t even at half capacity so I can’t really give too much grace there) and I said no. Shortly after she comes back and said they never even got the ticket and blamed it on the computer.
It finally came and was dry. I ordered a buffalo chicken cauliflower pizza . It was missing the buffalo sauce so it was just cheese and chicken with added onion.
I asked for the buffalo sauce on the side which also somehow got forgotten for some time because of the “ computer” again.
Fast forward, I’m ready for my check. I get my check after they already charged the card and asked for an itemized receipt because I knew the amount seemed off.
On the menu it states a 10’ specialty pizza is $14.95 or a cauliflower pizza is $13.95+ toppings is additional $1.50 . I added onions so I expected either $14.95 or $15.45. Either made sense per their menu. I was charged $20 for my pizza and the server couldn’t even make sense of the amount. She claimed they charge for everything on the pizza including the cheese. But after adding everything on the pizza up, it still was less than $20. It all made no sense. Plus I was charged for the side of Buffalo that was missing from my pizza in the first place!
Most places would offer a coupon or discount after such a horrendous experience, but instead they overcharge me and can’t even explain why???
Absolute terrible time.

Great food , huge portions, definitely the right price. The whole family enjoyed the meal and we had to end up packing some of the food to bring back which still tasted t really good a couple days later

Heathers Drinks are consistently made perfectly, service is fast even during busy hours, and she always make customers feel welcome. My all time favorite Karaoke spot! I find myself there at least once or twice a week! Ava, Megan, Lindsey, you can’t go wrong with any of the bartenders! They are just wonderful and so good! When you go, you absolutely have to try their espresso martini! You can thank me later!

My husband and I absolutely love this place. We are at least here two times a week. The owners Alex and Angelo absolutely treat us like gold and our Megan never disappoints customer service is outstanding. The only thing better is the food and let’s not forget the bartender that’s been here since 1989 the one and only Roger. His personality Lights up a room. You will not be disappointed and if you feel like singing come after 9 o’clock, they even have karaoke

I only wish there were fractions in the star ratings. It’s much better than a 4 but not quite a 5. Lindsey the server was terrific. The food is very tasty, pizza would stay in business in Philadelphia or New York. It’s noisy which is tough as it is deservedly busy. The wine pours are generous. If you are looking for fancy, this isn’t it. If you are looking for very good Italian food at great values, it’s a destination

Love this place! They have the absolute best food, hands down. Everything is made from scratch. Where else can you find that? Homemade Italian food without all the dishes and mess in your own kitchen? “Fuggghedaboudit!” I’m obsessed with the chicken wings, the wedge salad, their eggplant parmigiana (It’s better than mine, which I hate to admit) the hot honey pizza with the cupped pepperonis, and the baked penne with angel hair and don’t forget about the buffalo egg rolls are fire, call me biased, but I’m kinda in love with the entire menu. The owners are amazing, & staff are so incredible, ya feel like ya part of the La’ familia.

Hands down the best buffalo wings in town!(and Im from Buffalo) Also tried the buffalo egg rolls and eggplant parm for the first time and they were delish! Late night Mona’s is always fun w Karaoke! Went to come here tonight at around 9:10pm interested in watching and singing Karaoke with some of my coworkers for a going away party. No where on your website does it say no patrons under 21 after 9 pm, just that karaoke starts at 9 pm. You used to allow patrons under 21 to stay until 12 am. I arrive with one of my coworkers, waiting for the other 7 of our guests to arrive so that we can eat, spend money and spend time together. All I asked for was a water, and I was told that I had to leave because I am only 20, turning 21 in less than a month. Literally all I wanted was a water and to watch karaoke with my coworkers, I wasn’t trying to lie about my age or pull one over on the staff by getting an alcoholic beverage. We took our guests all willing to spend money to dave n busters instead, where our business was appreciated. Probably will not go again even when I reach the desired age requirement that is not posted on the website.

Like walking into the Godfather movie from the 70’s, lighting was intimate which set a great mood and atmosphere. Quiet and the staff was very polite and efficient. Had an amazing calzone, would recommend as a must visit location in Fort Myers, 21 and up only after 9pm and they had live entertainment including a dj and karaoke.
