This quaint friendly cafe serves up the best food in town. Hearty breakfasts that include Troy’s Signature Skillets, Buttermilk Pancakes, Omelettes and Sausage Gravy Biscuits. We have 1/2 lb. hand-pressed burgers, hot sandwiches, wraps and delicious salads with scratch-made dressings. Now serving lattes, homemade pies, cookies, bread pudding and the only hard-scoop ice cream in town.

What a sweet little cafe with just lovely servers! Quickly seated and service was great. Food came out quickly, hit the spot and was inexpensive for our family of 5. Love that they still served breakfast at 1:15pm! All the food hit the spot and very tasty. This restaurant is across from a public park (our kids played for a bit after we ordered) and next to a gift shop/hardware store you must check out (ask to see the original cash register!) Restaurant has a couple basket of toys, tic tac toe and coloring books to keep the kids busy while we waited for food. Highly recommend for some classic cafe/diner food, awesome service and a sweet little taste of Pine City!

Good breakfast at this small local spot. My family and I were pleasantly impressed with the food. We had blueberry pancakes, cornbeef hashes, bacon and sausages links. Bread pudding in caramel is highly recommended! We’ll be back!

Only issue is when ordering crispy bacon, it still comes a tad floppy. Still gonna eat it, more of a review for my Mother since she won’t. As I said, everything is fine, the people, the food, the place, Ill always recommend it for the few times I ate there, just need another way to make more crispy bacon

Got there around 8 on a Sunday morning, not busy, got busy within a half hour.
I had eggs and a blueberry pancake. I’ve had a lot of pancakes in my life. That may have been the best I have ever had! My sweetie had eggs, hash browns and bacon. He said the hash browns were crispy and tasted good, and the bacon was real!

As usually the place was busy. Seated myself. The server was busy so I just waited my turn. When she arrives at my table she apologized as it was dirty. No big deal she was busy. She got me my drinks and brought menus right away as I waited for my sister. Right after my sister sat she was at our table getting her drinks. We didn’t wait very long her her to come back and take our orders. Our food was delicious. And we both were surprised with the amount of food we got for the price. We were very happy. Had the cranberry chicken salad wrap with a side of pasta. Cheese curds as the appetizer. The wild rice soup was so good! As busy as she was she made time to check on us and get refills on drinks. Very pleasant young lady! Price was good for the food. All around a great experience. Would definitely go back! And they have Kemps ice cream flavors you can’t buy in the store! So so good!
