If you are looking for a regular breakfast place, then look no further! This place is awesome. The owners and the server were so nice. Very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed.
The food was absolutley amazing! I had the biscuits and gravy and it reminded me of my own grandmother’s biscuits and gravy. I will definitely be coming back!

This was the first time that I came here and this place is so amazing. I tried the biscuits and gravy and they are the bomb dot com. I am not one for biscuits and gravy but I will always come here and get it. I also tried the chicken fried steak and it was huge with amazing flavor and so fresh and the prices are extremely reasonable. This is a must try restaurant and we will definitely be coming back again. Our severs were very friendly and very attentive.

My wife and I had the cheese burger during lunch. The burger was great, fries were average fries. Staff and manger were friendly. Recommend this place for what we had. Didn’t get a chance to try other menu items but will be back.

This was actually a really good breakfast lunch restaurant. The staff was very friendly, they helped us with our order. Explained how everything works to place an order. The dining area was large open space with quite a few tables. We showed up near their closing time and the place was quiet. The food was very good with large portions. Definitely worth the stop.

Stopped in for breakfast at this great country diner. The staff was very friendly starting when we entered, ordering from their menu that had plenty of variety, and checkout. Bryttani our server took great care of us and Mom herself checked on us several times. The biscuits and gravy was very good, and the pancakes were some of the best I’ve had. And their coffee is very tasty!

Next time we’re on that side of town we’ll definitely stop by!

Has a lunch service buffet. And table service. Me n wife did the buffet. Split lunch portions. I had chicken n dumplings and meatloaf. She had chicken fingers n pork tips over rice. Greens and mashed for sides were both very good. Corn bread and cornbread w/ jalapenos were both amazing bisquets and buns on the side were also good. Daughter had a burger off the menu and she ate all of it. (Not normal for her) Price was good and plenty of parking. Family run and super friendly. Would recommend!!!!

My husband and I dropped a friend off to IAH and were looking for a place to get some breakfast so we Googled “best places to eat near IAH” and Mom’s Country Kitchen came up. The food was great, well priced, and served quick! We went early in the morning (they close @3) shortly after they opened. My husband got the “Fat as a tick” ($16.00) with a waffle-it was yummy! I got the Tasty Brisket Hash ($17.00)-the Cilantro Aioli was Wonderful and it was just enough to satisfy! When you drop someone off to IAH and need an early breakfast, try Mom’s Country Kitchen!

Me and my partner make it a habit to visit new breakfasts spots around Houston. Though this place served it all, we stuck to breakfast as it was still pretty early. But the moment we walked in, we were immediately greeted by a village of friendly people from ordering to your table to leaving. I had the chicken and waffles, and my partner had the omelette with hashbrowns Mac and cheese . We loved every bite . Miss Rhonda was especially tentative to us. Can’t wait to come across this place again in my quest of exploring. Mind you, I didn’t try their other food such as lunch and dinner items. This is my take on their breakfast.

Good Morning Y’all from Houston. Woke up early this morning to drop off my truck at my mechanic for repairs. On the way home I decided to stop at another restaurant that I had been passing by for years Mom’s Country Kitchen on Aldine Westfield. Let me tell you this place is Big. Plenty of seats, Great atmosphere, friendly and courteous servers. For lunch they have plate lunches where you walk past a steam table to choose your meal which changes daily. I had breakfast which on the menu is called Fat as a Tick…2 Pancakes, Hashbrown, 2 Link sausages, Bacon & 2 Eggs. I could’ve also had French toast or waffle instead. Rhonda was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu items. I really enjoyed my meal experience today and I will definitely be back. I highly recommend it.
