This location is so filthy. Staff was touching food and other stuff with same gloves. The counters and floors were so dirty. It was just so gross to see the bowl being prepared.
Fajita’s were undercooked and staff was in such a rush. I understand working fast- but at the cost of service is ridiculous.
Hope you take some action. This is such a prime location and it’s sad to see this place turning into gross, filthy place.

Food is tasty. Last Saturday night walk in took 20+ min. Not enough people working behind counter. Hard workers that need more co-workers. Ordering ahead would save time.

we didnt even get to order. everything was empty. the serving area looked messy. no rice available, all of the meats looked dry and old. the beans too. it said they didnt close til 11 i believe and we got there at 745. the atmosphere was quiet, a few ppl eating in but no one looked pleased with their meals. we waited for about 10 mins while the crew member waited for more rice to serve the person in front of us. we ended up leaving before placing a order. i was satisfied with my decision.

amazing time at this chipotle. i came there at 10:58pm (they close at 11:00pm) and the doors were locked . I was so sad and hungry i started to cry. Then a chipolte employee noticed me…she pointed…smiled…and held up my order number. I then stopped crying and started smiling. Then another employee came to me and asked me my name. Alexander V. i responded. He then went back in and the first employee made me a fresh bowl. And the second employee handed it back to me. I was so thrilled i started crying. And then I left happy and full (although i hadn’t eaten yet).

Don’t go to this Chipotle. Unsanitary, staff extremely rude and does not care.. saw a staff member drop a packet of sauce on the floor.. then in a container of salsa… and then they served somebody out of that container. Threw $40 worth of food in the garbage because it was so bad—rice undercooked/hard, meat tasted funky…

I live nearby and have come several times to give it another shot. Consistently understaffed with a single person working the whole line and register. Often out of ingredients stopping the whole line, so we’re waiting forever. After 10 minutes today I walked and went to qdoba and had a much better time. You’re not the only Mexican place in town

The staff is picky to whom they will give more chicken. They act differently with most of the Indian asian clientele which comes to this place especially to older people. And on Monday this week, this place had sour cream and Guacomole finished when the store had still many hours to close. Ingredients were missing and we were charged the same amount as if it was a complete dish.Monday is the start of the week. A new Chipotle should open 10 min away so people don’t have to face this kind of staff.

Ordered 2 bowls to go and they mismarked the contents on the outside. They were similar except for the type of meat and beans with one also having sour cream. Ate most of it until we got towards the bottom and realized we were eating the wrong ones. I know they try to serve you quickly but at least be accurate. Agreeing with others of the dirty conditions. There was some kind of sauce spilled on top and inside the glass. Also stuff all over the floor and counters.
