We visited for my husband’s birthday and had a great experience! The menu was really cute and hand written, the food was really good (limited non-meat options however) and the service was great. We even got a little cake for my husband!

We tried the tasting menu and everything was amazing! We sat at the bar and would even get some extra plates that the chefs were experimenting on. It was truly a delicious experience that felt very intimate due to the size of the place.

David Chang must be a genius in marketing, because this place is definitely NOT a Michelin 2 star standard restaurant! The a la carte menu was limited and we desperately tried to find the items that were worth trying. The cold chicken with caviar is sort of “creative”, but the taste of it is nothing exquisite or memorable.(I’m sure a better result will be to put a slab of sour cream and caviar on your KFC) . The pork chop was fatty and under seasonings. The bar area where they host a la carte diners is just sad, with 90% Chinese customers having no idea of half the menu items and wondering if they’ve come to the wrong place. Long story short, after one hour of watching my fellow Chinese suffer and trying to figure out nice things to say about the food, we left with $250 down, empty stomachs and a lesson learned.
