I picked up an order from here to deliver. Yes, my thermal bag was on the passenger seat with another order inside and that’s why I did not bring it to the restaurant.
The server asked me about the thermal bag and I explained the above, she said, and I quote: “I can’t let you carry this bag, there’s soup inside.” I went back outside and got my thermal bag, held it open so she can put the order inside. She just looked at me and said “Okay, pick it up.” while looking at the order. Watched me put my thermal bag on the FLOOR (with the other order inside) just so I can put this order in the thermal bag, and then proceeded to give me a bad rating.
I’m sure they are very nice to people who dine at their restaurant. But apparently they can’t extend that to the people who provide a service for their delivery customers.
Edit: Their response is not what they gave as “feedback” in my bad rating, but sure. I think I would also know if I spilled soup inside a paper bag.

Friendly, warm service by Joy. She mentioned that the spicy tuna was in fact quite spicy but very flavourful because the tuna was marinated with chilis. We took her recommendation and it was absolutely delicious. The tempura was light and crispy. We will be back!
