Saturday night pickup:
1. Ordered Veggie fried momos, it was served hot(both temp and spice) and good. The complimenting sauces gave them a little extra flavour. Not sure about all the veggies inside , but you’ll end up wanting more
2. Peanut sauce(‘twas good) and Chilli sauce(not that hot)!
3. The packaging was good, 10 minutes from order to serving. Perfect for the light raining bay weather ☔️ ️

Tried this food truck and it was decent at best. Their selling point is there are very few food trucks which serve momos in the area.
Tried veg momos, chilli momos, veg noodles and gobhi Manchurian and both gobhi Manchurian and veg Manchurian were not good. Gobhi Manchurian was way too oily while veg momos had no flavor or taste. Noodles were good and the only saving grace

Chili momos were pretty good – super hot and crispy. But the filling for the veggie momos is just ok, very gingery which is nice but not much else.

Visiting San Jose for a quick trip and stumbled upon this place and I am so happy I did. The regular or chilly momo, chicken or cauliflower doesn’t matter they were all delicious.
Now keep in mind these were not Nepali Momo they were with a twist of gravy and I truly enjoyed that. Spice level was perfect and service was excellent.
Highly recommend the place, I will be back on my next trip.

Momo Veggie didn’t have flavor. Cook was rude!!! Mostly Indians are buying food. My first time here so I tried it. Maybe the other trucks have better food. A bit pricey for a food truck. I should’ve bought chicken curry next truck.

Ended up getting the Chicken Chow Mein and Fried Momo (Chicken).
The staff here is very helpful. They saw my 2 year old standing next to me and asked if any of the food was for her. And suggested to make the dish mild since the regular could be too spicy for her. +1 for going the extra mile.
1. Chicken Chow Mein: The noodles were very flavorful, even though the preparation was mild. Many places mess up the taste if you tell them make the dish mild.
2. Fried Momo (Chicken): Even though the food spent quite some time in my car, the momos were still crunchy on the outside. The stuffing was tasty, complemented by the hot sauce that comes with it.
I’m down to drive 15 miles for this food 🙂

Ordered veggie momos and egg chow mein after eating umpteen times at Everest Cuisine food trucks. Momos were good, but both hot and sweet chutneys aren’t. They just gave me two very very small boxes of it which isn’t enough too. Noodles were tasty but super greasy. Liked the fact that both of them were hot till we reached home which is 15 min away. Quantity was generous too.
