This is the best place for Indian food in Kootenays and i would say much better than lower mainland too.
The atmosphere,warmth in service and their lovely gestures of complimentary dessert was top notch.
The Jhol Momo was the best i have ever had.

Bay leaf is always amazing. We’ve been a number of times now, working our way through the menu, and we haven’t had a single bad dish. Everything is so delicious. The service is awesome, everyone is very kind and prompt. The restaurant is clean and nicely decorated.
At our most recent visit we had Mango lassi, tangdi kebabs, dal bukhara, palak paneer, naan, raitha, fish pekoras and samosas. They were all incredible. The spices of each dish are so different and delicious.

What a little hidden gem.
It was so lovely to come here for our (late) lunch at 4 pm on a Saturday. Very quiet with a peaceful, cozy atmosphere.
Attentive and helpful staff who genuinely showed care for us as the customer.
The food was also top quality and so delicious. We tried the chicken masala and palak paneer. The garlic cilantro naan was excellent, and so was the mango lassi. 10/10
