A soul food establishment, fried chicken wings, fresh fried whiting, fresh fried breast quarters, freshly breaded fried shrimp, and grilled salmon. All fresh home-made sides including collard greens, string beans, candied yams, cabbage, baked macaroni & cheese, white rice and gravy, potato salad, onion rings, french fries, old bay fries and cheese fries. We have desserts, can sodas, bottles water also 3 different sizes of water ice. On occasion we run weekly specials which can include anything from smothered turkeys wings, bbq beef ribs, macaroni tuna salad, seafood salad, shrimp specials, chicken wings or party wings special just to name a few. I simply didn’t like the food. I ordered a chicken wing platter with 2 sides. The quality of the food was horrible! My string beans taste like they were canned brought from Sam n Sam’s Meats and made over the stove with no seasonings, no flavor just bland. The Mac n cheese really was the worst of the whole platter, just noodles boiled with cheese. The fried chicken is maybe the only thing worth giving this business 3 stars.. Whoever prepared this food didn’t make it with love and hate their job. Please read this review as constructive criticism and do better.

I could only give out 3 stars. I had the whiting platter. The fish is definitely worth coming back for, it was very fresh. The greens could have been seasoned better and the mac & cheese tasted like it was made yesterday & reheated. But overall I would definitely come back for the fish and try different sides

Hey yall. I had to revise my comment. The food here is good. I went back for a second round and my fish, collard greens and sweet potatoes were very good. The potato salad is slammin. It taste like my grandmother’s. My fried chicken was cooked fresh and it was seasoned. As I stated in my first comment, I didn’t like the mac-n-cheese, but everything else was on point. I’m still lickn my chops. Lol.
