I never write reviews but i had to for this place! My daughter and I had a rare free day to ourselves (dr appt cancelled) so we went out to some thrift stores and stopped here for lunch. The food was amazing, inexpensive and alot! We both ordered potato soup and grilled cheese lunch specials , corn dogs on the side cause usually when you order soup it comes in a tiny bowl. The order came out and it was huge! The soup was awesome , thick and hearty, and so much i could barely finish. My daughter had to take hers home! We split a banana pudding for dessert and it was so good but we had to take that home too. It just looked so good we had to try it! The staff was friendly and it was definitely a family orientated place. They welcome you in like youre family thats been gone. Great food great service I was very pleasantly surprised! Im definitely going back and bringing my husband. Hes gonna love it! My only complaint is its a bit far out but the drive is definitely worth it! Oh and the whole thing including drinks was 29 bucks! I couldnt believe it when she gave the total. I highly recommend, trust me its worth the trip!

This little gem in the Gap Mills area was a great find on a lazy Sunday afternoon! We love to travel the back roads of our home state and find interesting new places to eat. We feel this was a true find!! Amazing home cooked food and staff was engaging and fun. Highly recommend you to stop by and try out this little restaurant in Monroe Co.

This is my families restaurant…we went there valentines day…and I gotta say the food was amazing and the amount of food u get for the price is also great..me and my wife went and got appetizers,drinks with free refills,a large fry (homemade) which is enuff for 3 people,hot dog,,philly chicken sandwich with the works,and a German chocolate brownie,…and had to get a to go box…the amount of food we got was only $38.00…and the waiter kept coming back asking if we needed anything…amazing service with amazing waiter

The pepperoni and cheese flatbread special was delicious and we had some of the best blueberry and peach cobbler! The exterior could be spruced up some but it’s very cute inside. Would recommend to anybody looking for a classic diner experience, they’ll make you feel right at home

DONT EVEN get me started on the buiscuts. CATHEAD BUISCUTS. The size of a cat’s head. So light.. so fluffy.. with the perfect amount of butter on the outside.
Im not huge on bacon (im a sausage gal)
but the bacon is close to a FOOT long!

They are known for their home made Fresh Hamburgers and home made fries that being said we’ve tried a few other sides that will knock your socks off, they are very reasonably priced 2 people could split a regular burger and be very satisfied, so be careful not to go crazy ordering unless you want take home. It’s our go to hamburger place .

Stopped by on a Thursday I was skeptical from the outer appearance but gave it a try. LOVED the inside was clean, quaint, good menu, service and the food was great! We will definitely go again.
