Had lots of fun and great food here, the chefs are really know what they’re doing. Staff is friendly and helpful.
The cooking area is quite clean and the overall impression is good. Be ready to be full after eating at this place and take a sober friend with you, as the show includes sake tasting 🙂
P.S. don’t wear anything white of bright here in case you plan on eating their hibachi.

I’m not sure how this restaurant only has a 4.3 rating. I’d give them 10 if I could. I took my son there for his birthday. We were seated right away, they made sure we were comfortable with our seating arrangements. They gave my son a birthday hat, and blow up items for the kids at the table. Very interactive and fun for all!

The food was amazing! My son was obsessed with their hibachi soup. So much so, that we purchased a large order to go.

Everything tasted fresh and was cooked to perfection. The portions were large and the prices were more than fair.

I highly recommend this place for your next birthday celebration and or dinner. It couldn’t have been better. We will be back!

Last night we were celebrating my daughter’s high school graduation. I called here when my local hibachi was too busy to accommodate my family. This is the number one hibachi upstate New York by far. Beautiful atmosphere clean facility. Understandable and wonderful staff. I’m not sure who posted on here about them not understanding What you’re saying. Because you’re full of it LOL. When I ask for noodles. And then I asked if I could have rice as well they informed me at that time that the rice was extra as an extra price so I’m not sure what your problem was but I had no problem understanding them. Superfriendly staff awesome hibachi chef. I can’t say one bad thing.

Remember have fun with what you’re doing, And keep it real because you know I do with each and every review.

Food was hit or miss. We enjoyed the Green Phoenix order very much. Ordered chicken karaage and was given basically Mc D’s chicken nuggets- these were not marinated, deep fried pieces of chicken like I have had at other places. These were straight up breaded chicken nuggets that come frozen in a bag.

Staff was very rude. Refused to sit us at the hibachi table even though we had a reservation. Then when I asked again if we could be seated she then told us we would have to leave early cause they had other reservations coming in, that we were 20 minutes late for our 5:30 reservation even though we were there at 5:20. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!!

The food was wonderful. Hibachi is always fun. The only thing I didn’t like was the push to add fried rice without an explanation that it was an extra cost. The chef was personable and friendly. We will return. My so recommends the soba noodles. I love Asian cuisine.

Lovely sushi/hibachi restaurant. We sat at the sushi bar, and was given an amuse bouche of seared salmon on cucumber which was flavorful, light, and textured. The crunch and coolness of the cucumber with the savory flavor of the salmon was a great way to get our taste buds excited. My friend had the chicken teriyaki, well cooked and tasty, veggies were thankfully not overcooked, but crunchy. The roll I had was really good, but too big, and it fell apart, and no way to eat it in one bite. I would go again.

We visited Momiji for our kids’ birthday and chose the hibachi experience. Overall, it was just okay. The grill area was noticeably cleaner than at other hibachi spots in the region, which we appreciated.

That said, the performance was the usual routine—fun, but it might be time for some hibachi innovation to keep things fresh. Also, the portion sizes felt unbalanced: way too much rice and noodles compared to the protein.

It was a decent outing, but nothing particularly memorable. Just OK.

My youngest has celiac, so we let the server know. He was disappointed when he found out they wouldn’t do his meal at the hibachi, but he can deal–thems the breaks.

We are seated at 6:30. By 7:15, everyone has had soup and salad and is onto their main. He still has had absolutely nothing brought to him.

I ask the chef if he can expedite the order, as my son is visibly upset. He says yes but I watch him convey the message to absolutely nobody.

Fine, he’s busy. I go to the front desk and inform the one girl working there. She assures me it’s coming right up, and then I watch her, likewise, tell absolutely nobody.

I go up again when I see another server at the front desk and explain that my son is still waiting on his meal. She says it’ll be ready soon. I explain that it’s been over an hour now, everyone’s half way through their meals, and he has had nothing to eat. She laughs. LAUGHS. I ask her why she is laughing. She apologizes while smiling, then begins to laugh again. I ask her what’s so funny, and point her to my child who is by now in tears at the table, hungry, while everyone else stops eating to try to console him.

After talking to a FOURTH person, they finally get around to bringing out my child his meal, a full hour and a half after our orders were taken. “Sorry, we were busy.”

This whole thing was unacceptable. Busy or not, this is absolutely no way to treat paying customers. Completely ruined a family dinner.
