Been here several times now and I love Mom & Pop Chicken Shop. The bar has a great selection of additive-free tequilas and good whiskey. Great beer selection, although it would be nice to have a few more options, I get space is limited. The servers are great. Take the one-star reviews with a grain of salt, especially the catty ones about Megan. She’s awesome. The food is great too! I love that they fry everything in beef tallow. Can’t wait to come back.

I want to love this place so bad, but they are consistently inconsistent. When it’s a good night, it’s great, but unfortunately it’s only once every five times we visit that it actually hits. Everytime I order togo something is either incorrect or forgotten. Considering they don’t have a huge menu it’s disappointing their kitchen can’t pull through in shop or to go.

Perfect stop for cyclists! We did a 40 mile loop from Ranch Cordova and needed a lunch at our mid point. We found mom and pops chicken and ordered a chicken sandwich with herb fries for us to share. It was excellent and we sat at the outside tables with the sun and being watchful about our bikes! The chicken was really excellent and crunchy but sooo moist inside. We highly recommend this place!!

Service was super friendly, and the atmosphere is funky fresh. The cool mural of the surrounding towns, and the Polaroids of customers make you feel right at home in a local restaurant.
You can tell a lot of care and creativity was put into the menu. They have classic diner food options that are executed perfectly for the traditional eaters (aka chicken tenders and burgers), as well as some truly unique options for the adventurous eater, and everything in between.
The Fluffernutter OG Chicken Sandwich is one of the most absurd and unexpectedly amazing things I’ve ever tried. It’s a fried chicken sandwich with marshmallow fluff, peanut butter, and bacon. I added a bit of the Louisiana hot sauce from the table and it was just an incredible mix of sweet and savory. It’s the epitome of “Don’t knock it till you try it”.

They have such great vibes here! The food is amazing. I love their tomato soup with grilled cheese, their original sandwich, the wings are delicious and their seasonal chocolate martini. They have trivia night once a week too which was great fun. I only wish they had extended evening hours sometimes, but they are still open later than most places which is amazing!

Very tasty! Me and my boyfriend came here for dinner tonight. Service was amazing and staff was super friendly. We Ordered the bacon ranch fries with garlic and elotes for the sides. Both were delicious! The entrees were a Philly cheesesteak and a cheeseburger. We loved both of these as well!

The people who work here are so nice and so awesome! The food is sooo good We’ve dined in and did delivery. I was super happy they let me know I can save money by getting delivery through their website rather than paying a ton for Doordash. The gyro was unbelievably good, so fresh *chefs kiss* . You really can’t go wrong with anything on the menu, and the upbeat neighborhood vibe can’t be beat.
