Great atmosphere! Service was pretty good. Unfortunately the food was not very good. The vodka sauce just didn’t do it for me. However, the presentation of the food was splendid.

I went in this evening with my family for my sister’s birthday dinner. Overall, I had an amazing time. It is gorgeous inside. By the name, I thought it was more like a small family restaurant but it is definitely upscale. I was highly impressed. Our table was near the pianist and he heard me say, “oh this is fancy!” when I sat down and he started giggling. He played beautifully all night, he reminded me of Michael Buble ( I think that’s his name). I ordered the Cheese Curds which were amazing!! I also ordered the Shrimp Pasta. I absolutely loved it and will definitely come back and order the same thing. My waiter was also amazing as well. Thank you for a wonderful night

Food and overall feel of the restaurant is very, very good. Food was absolutely delicious. We went on graduation day (left about an hour and a half ago) I recently worked as a server so I can understand if a server is having an off day. What is inexcusable is informing us one of our dishes can’t be made 45 minutes after ordering it. The server just felt as though he had either given up on trying to help us or knew he was getting auto gratuity so he didn’t care. As a result of the order issue we were promised our appetizers be removed. After two hours when we finally got the check, 30 dollars off… enough for two apps. Not the end of the world but annoying. However, the reason I am writing this review is because of how tip was calculated. Auto gratuity was applied BEFORE removing the 30 dollars, and our auto gratuity was 24%, the highest I had ever seen for any party, let alone just a party of six. I would recommend the restaurant, but it’s obvious if you meet the criteria for the server to get auto-gratuity, they will put you at the bottom of their priorities.

This place I was very excited to try. I love Italian food our bill for 2 was almost $91.00. That’s one appetizer,2 entrées,1 drink each from the bar and a soda and tea. The service wasn’t great we never once was offered a refill on the soda and tea. We were never asked if we wanted another drink from the bar. We seen our waitress 4 times from the time we sat to leaving. The Cajun chicken pasta at chili’s is better then what I had. I ordered the chicken Alfredo which I love. My spouse ordered the chicken vodka penne pasta. The chicken was so over cooked and dry that it broke into pieces when you cut it. I say for the price of this place and the fact you have to make reservations. That would expect great service and food. I will stick with Bella Bella it’s definitely better.

My boyfriend took me here for my 21st birthday back in November. I’ve been meaning to write a review because it was absolutely PERFECT!! We had a reservation and were seated within about 5 minutes. The server asked if I wanted a drink menu, when I said I didn’t drink she asked if I wanted a mocktail and I told her to surprise me with the flavor and it was DELICIOUS!!! I got two. We had cheese curds I think for the appetizer and they were SO yummy!
