What a perfect addition to the Bannerman location for fine dining service. Everything was perfect from our beautiful server Brittany to our beautiful view of the neighborhood’s plaza area. We really enjoyed everything from the weather to the location. The food was perfect, the drinks were perfect the atmosphere was wonderful and the service was amazing! Everything tasted homemade and authentic. My old fashioned was so good I had to tip the bartender as well. We will definitely return soon.

this was a great first date restaurant. our service was timely and considerate (bartender let my man know she was new and was fine with adjusting his drink). my man did not care for the paper over the tables, but overall i found the atmosphere very upscale. eggplant parm had me eating until i was so full i was glad i wore a loose dress!

Very good Italian place with great service. It was a beautiful weather night so we decided to sit on patio. Cheese curd appetizer was tasty along with the fried calamari. The Mediterranean salad was done well and dressed nicely. Seafood lasagna was very rich but delish. The stuffed eggplant was certainly on point as was chicken piccata. Good wine list. The owner a former FSU player from the 80’s even stopped by for a visit. Great guy.

Had high hopes for an amazing dinner celebration. This was a bust. The majority of our party didn’t enjoy the actual food- at all. After ordering, we found out at least five things on menu were unavailable to order. Server came back at least twice to make some people reorder. Finally, some people skipped ordering because it was such a mess. Dinner was almost four hours long and I felt like server couldn’t keep up with our table. He kept pushing alcohol orders, but the food came out in stages so some people were done while others hadn’t even started. The restaurant is cute and the patio space was well heated for cold temperatures, but I cannot recommend this restaurant. I hate to leave a bad review, but there wasn’t really anything redeeming about this experience.

Dined at Mom and Dad’s with my son and daughter for the first time. Absolutely NO complaints! Beautiful establishment. Our server, Ruby was on top of her game. Very personable. Our meals were classic, simple and delicious. Cheese curds with marinara, Chicken Parmigiana, Veal Parmigiana and Salmon with brussel sprouts and fettuccine alfredo.

We were very impressed during our first visit how wonderful our server Garrison was and the fresh tasting ingredients in your dishes and desserts. We will definitely return. Since you advertise on your web site and front door that you open at 4:30pm (bar opens) it would have been nice if you actually opened at 4:30 and had a bartender available. Maybe it was just a fluke that Saturday evening.

We had a reservation for 6:30, arrived 5 minutes early, and were seated 5 minutes late. It then took 25 minutes for a server to come by our table. Several servers walked past and looked at us more than once, and we saw the hostess tell one thar we were his table, but he ignored us completely.
Finally, a wonderful young lady (I’m sorry, I missed her name) checked on us and decided to take over. She was the sole bright spot of the evening. She took all of our orders (there were 4 of us), brought us a large basket of bread, and was delightful throughout.
The food, when it finally arrived almost 30 minutes later, was appalling. The croutons were stale, the lasagna unevenly baked, the alfredo tasteless, the chicken picatta overcooked and tasteless (how does one remove flavor from capers?), and the penne a la vodka sauce with salmon was disgusting. The salmon was horribly overcooked (burnt on the bottom) and dry with the only flavors being an odd muddiness and a sad whisper of old oregano and the vodka sauce was unpleasantly thick and sugary and tasted like something out of a jar.
My partner and I sent ours back and refused anything else. Our server was lovely, removed them from the bill, and apologized even though none of it was her fault.
None of the people I went with will be going back, but we genuinely hope that young lady finds a better place.

I arrived early and was promptly seated. The atmosphere was delightful, the hostess was welcoming, and our server, Makayla, provided exceptional service. However, the food fell short of expectations. The stuffed mushrooms tasted like they were pre-packaged and simply warmed with mozzarella on top. The lasagna had a burnt flavor as if the meat sauce had been simmering all day. On the bright side, my friend enjoyed their steak and potatoes. Nonetheless, I was surprised to find the lasagna still on the bill, even though I had only taken a single bite. It was disappointing to be charged $24 for it. Overall, I don’t see myself returning to this restaurant. One would certainly find Stouffer’s make a better lasagna and superior stuffed mushrooms at Longhorn.

Date night at Mom and Dad’s was amazing!! Believe it or not, it was our first time at the Bannerman location and it’s beautiful.
We shared the chicken parm pizza appetizer. I had The Diane’s steak and it was amazing!! Hubby had the veal parmigiana with a side of green beans!
