This would be compared to a highly upscale Panda. If you wanted Panda type dishes, only cooked with much better ingredients and with much better flavor, this is where it’s at. Really good garlicky fried rice. The clear broth won ton soup was very hot and hit the spot. I loved their orange chicken, which had a good little kick of spice to it. And the grilled shrimp in their farm fresh infusion was so good and the biggest hit.
This isn’t pre-made like Panda, so it takes a minute to cook and it’s well worth it. The freshness is appreciated ! I’ll be joining their rewards

Stopped in for lunch as this was my first time trying MOGU, asked what they recommend. Sophia suggested the Emperor Chicken. It’s good sweet and spicy, the chicken is good great I got it with a side of fried rice. Rice was ok a little greasy. But in all pretty good.

I love this place! One of my bros introduced me to this place last year and man, I instantly fell in love with it. Great food, atmosphere, workers, and vibe! The employees are always so kind and warm and help you with anything without a complaint. Shout out to one, Sophia! She and her fellow workers all rock. The food is fresh and delicious! The setting is cozy and comfortable. The options are great. Would recommend this place to anyone and everyone! Definitely a gem.

Let me start off by saying — the first red flag should have been the sudden name changes of the staple menu items. Hi-mein to lo-mein. “Not so fried rice” to just… fried rice. Emperor’s Tso to General Tso. The rebrand nobody asked for. Honestly poetic foreshadowing of the downfall.
When we first started coming to Mogu, we thought it was the best thing since sliced bread. A healthier, fresher version of Chinese takeout that somehow didn’t sacrifice flavor. Chinese food that didn’t leave you feeling like a disgusting slob for two days after. Revolutionary. Life changing. Beautiful.
But my recent trip left me absolutely HEARTBROKEN.
The hi-mein used to be a colorful menagerie of fresh vegetables and perfectly seasoned tofu. Now it’s a pile of sad, overcooked noodles with not an ounce of color or fiber in sight.
The “not so fried rice” used to be rich, savory, deep brown, packed with edamame and carrots. Now it’s rock-hard white rice with a few dried egg fragments clinging to life and zero flavor.
And the Emperor’s Tso — once fit for royalty — is now barely fit for a peasant.
This place rose to fame by being unique and innovative in a takeout world that desperately needed it. And now? It’s speed-running its transformation into a worse version of Panda Express.
And that might be the real tragedy here: not that the food changed…
but that somewhere along the way, the soul left the building.

On my first order today, the Kiosk could not take the credit card. I went to the counter and the young lady was amazingly helpful. I ordered 4 items to go. She added a discount coupon. All amazing so far until I got home. I ordered brown rice on 1 order and got pork fried rice. We do not eat pork. The order was over $50 so they might have given us a complimentary egg roll. Again PORK. They could have asked and offered the vegetable choice.
Overall, amazing service and cleanliness. Food is lacking sauce on all. Make sure to ask for extra sauce on your order otherwise it will be dry.
Also, check your order if it’s a take out. Mine was not correct and at all cost, AVOID scallion pancake for $8. It is the frozen type you can buy better and more for half the price.

Today Saturday 04/26/25 was the worst day I have ever experienced a pick up order from a restaurant in my life! I may never order take out again from here! My order stated ready for pick up at 7:06. I did not receive my food until 8:04 pm! By that time I was no longer hungry. Why did it take this long with full staff in the kitchen? There were more than enough bodies to pull this off? No one apologized after handing me my bag. I ordered one thing!!!!!! I was almost the last man standing. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Everyone received an apology. Guys, why??? One thing? Please do better for the next to last person that waited one hour to eat a take out order.

Just came here for the first time today, saw the reviews and prices online and figured it had to be good, and boy was I right it was the first Chinese meal I’ve had in a long time where I truly was like this place was worth the trip. I will definitely be back and visit the kind staff they have here!

Do NOT order the Hot and Sour soup. SO SALTY and when I called for a refund they told me NO. Will not get any food here again. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. FOOD IS TOO EXPENSIVE for BAD SERVICE! @jared. Here’s the soup still sitting in the refrigerator because its unpalatable. I emailed you yesterday morning and have not received a response. Was that a ploy to appear that you care about my patronage?

Wow — Mogu is truly incredible. Every time we order, the food is consistently fresh, flavorful, and made with such high-quality ingredients that you can immediately taste the difference. We’ve placed several large corporate lunch orders (40+ people each time), and Mogu has never once disappointed. In fact, it has become a major fan favorite in our office. People get genuinely excited when they hear we’re ordering from here again, and the feedback afterward is always the same: delicious, satisfying, and so much better than typical catering options.
Beyond the amazing food, the service is just as impressive. John, the manager, is an absolute standout. He is incredibly personable, quick to respond, and truly goes above and beyond to make every order seamless. He tailors everything to our needs, pays attention to the smallest details, and makes planning a big lunch for a large group feel completely stress-free. His professionalism and kindness make the experience even better.
I honestly can’t recommend Mogu enough. Whether you’re ordering individually, picking up lunch, or coordinating a large corporate meal, they exceed expectations every single time. If you’re considering it—just do it. You’ll be obsessed like we are!

I have been several times lately. It’s great! You order your food at the counter. Grab a beverage. Take a seat. Great small hightop booths as well as tables. Pretty quickly they bring a tray with your food. Never crowded as I believe most take the food to go. Nothing fancy. But the place is very clean and well lit and modern. I’ve been for dinner and lunch. The steak and mushroom egg roll is amazing! This is my favorite Chinese food . You gotta try it !
