Third time getting eggshell in my food.
I dread when I see that black haired gal at the window because I already know my order will have items missing.
At this point, she’s gotta be doing it intentionally and is probably picking out items from my order to eat.

If you eat fast food & enjoy semi-privacy, this is your spot.
The service is VERY efficient & the food is as expected.
The layout is: the service counter (with space for lines) self-order screens; then a half wall separating the dining area: banqetttes along the windows, & tall tables+stools along the half wall. Restrooms at the other end of the building [adjacent to the cooking area]; visible & accessible via a short hallway.
They offer all the limited time foods [example, McDonaldland meals; golden sauce].
The staff are not the warmest friendliest crew, but they do their jobs efficiently & promptly. I’ve never gotten a mistaken order, never had to wait more than 1-2 minutes. The one time I ordered at the counter, staff brought my order to my table. Maybe they do this automatically, maybe I didn’t notice they called my number. I don’t know.
I eat fast food only when I am hungry AND rushed, but this is my preferred spot when I do.
One con: didn’t appear on the McDonald’s app. Had to manually input the address. [Why have the app if I don’t use it much? When I say “rushed” I mean it. Don’t have time to order at the restaurant; want the food ready when I walk in.]

They messed up on an order of $15? I order 4 mc chicken and two were correct but the other two on the other hand had a whole different patty, and was even burnt? How’d they manage to mess up that, they can’t even use the excuse “we were busy” there was only a couple of cars ahead of us. Overall this McDonald has gone down hill these past few years. Sad to see.

I got the steak egg and cheese bagel The bagel was hard as a rock. I had gotten some in the past and other states that were really hard. It is a very good sandwich if that bagel was soft. Perhaps if they only steamed the bagels right before the purchase was made it would solve this issue because I do love that particular sandwich. Although it is more than overpriced compared to places like Bubba’s bagels, which have quality food and a cheaper price there just wasn’t one near where I was at.

Trying to place order she kept showing the total screen so I couldn’t see the menu then she yelled at me and said I can’t hear you go to the first window so I did of course I couldn’t see the menu so I had to guess at what I wanted to add to my order got to the window to pick things up and that person dumped the iced frappe on my hands so I had caramel all over my hands and she couldn’t understand me to give me a wet napkin to wipe them off with. Rudest place I’ve ever gone to.

Don’t usually buy “Fast Food”, it’s expensive. I only buy a “Frosty” Ice Cream Cone here occasionally, It’s expensive @$2.50+tax. At Burger King in Auburn, l get the same cone for .95 cents & its bigger than McDonalds. A big treat for me!

Forgot our french fries. As much as they charge for fries, this is unacceptable in a drive-thru. Food wasn’t very fresh either. Won’t be back to this location, ever
