False advertising Ripped off –5 Stars for $ value. Small portion was given for what was payed for. Ordered the Homewrecker but was served the portion size of a 10 inch or smaller.
The burrito that was given looked no where near as big as what was pictured. Ours looked wadded up the ingredients were NOT distributed evenly at ALL, example: sour cream was a small dot at the top of the burrito where the first bite ir two had sour cream but the rest of the burrito had NONE!! YOU HAD TO DIG AROUND TO FIND A PICE OF CHICKEN, THERE WAS LIKE NOTHING TO FILL THE 12 INCH SHELL .. WE COULD HAVE PUT ALL THAT ON AN 8 OR 10 INCH SHELL …..

I usually love Moe’s, but this place had stale chips, lettuce was old, and portions were not what they should be. We actually bought some queso dip and then and went and bought chips in the attached gas station convenience store. The bagged chips were sooo much better. Don’t waste your money and eat somewhere else.

Love me some moe’s young kid in there really had a way of showing just how miserable he was to be working today. He even tried to tell me that I didn’t want three amigos when I ordered. Then wouldn’t make them chicken for me and made me eat steak. They were pretty delicious. But dude was a real jerk. Eat more Moe’s, hire better staff

Great food!!! But two stars? The young lady must not like her job. I stood in line for 10 min only to find out they had no chicken…..then she treats me like Inconveniencing her. Maybe this isn’t her calling, but at least she could try and act like she gives two cents worth.

Have stopped a few times driving through Casper. It’s now my preferred lunch place to stop. Employees take great care in preparing our items and give great service. Their “stack” is similar to crunch wrap supreme but leaps and bounds better than a Taco Bell. Keep up the good work and you’ll have my business.

I have never tried Moes before so I did door dash…I know when ever you get door dash food is usually cold, so it makes fast food not very good. However it was not too bad after warming up. Only thing I would change is more chips cause I ordered Queso but no way to order extra chips and the rice was hard so they should cook it longer.

They need new management at this place. The employees have a terrible attitudes and the place was gross. The food bins were badly in need of a cleaning and some of the food just needed to be thrown out. It was not very busy but the lobby was disgusting with sticky soda all over the floor infront of the pop machines and garbage and debris on the floors, not a clean table to sit at in the place. The employees were constantly rolling their eyes and barking at each other. The girl didnt even give us two seconds to say we wanted a drink with our order and then was annoyed when I told her we wanted one.This place wont last long if they dont do something, I am surprised it has lasted this long.

Absolutely disgusting. I ordered my food and paid with the same person wearing the same gloves. She handled my card handed it back to me with sauce and various other liquids on it from dipping her hands into food and then continued to prepare the next person’s food I sat here and watched this person handle money over and over again even coughing into her glove at one point and keep wearing the same pair of gloves. Don’t go here if you want to know you’re eating safe food. At one point I watched her wipe off a customer’s card on her shirt and hand it back to the customer due to the amount of geime on her gloves. I will never come here again.

Stay away from this place. The chicken was dried out, the grilled veggies were way overcooked, the rice was dry, the black beans were mostly liquid and the “fresh” veggies were anything but.
Then, they gave me a bunch of stale chips to go with it. I was there at 12:30 in the afternoon. If this was lunch service, I would hate to see how bad it is in the off peak hours.
