After having a terrible experience at Chipotle moments earlier, I decided to check out Moe’s, given I was still in need of lunch. The moment I walked in, I was treated 1000x better upon entering this restaurant. The food was decent, but the service was great. Whoever was working the line around 12:30 was polite and efficient. The girl working the register was also very pleasant. Restaurants have to understand that good service can take your business far. People work too hard for their money just to give it away to businesses that don’t respect them. I will definitely be back to this location.

Food was good, service was okay but felt rushed even though it was our first time there and no one else was behind us in line. Around the soda machine and salsa bar was pretty dirty unfortunately. Over all wasn’t a bad place though.

Terrible experience. They had 1 person making food, a line almost out the door and wouldn’t stop making online orders to handle the in person customers. The guy taking payment was just on his cell phone. They finally got around to making my food and then stopped after everything was piled onto the tortilla. They then let it sit there for 10 actually minutes open and unwrapped while they did an online order for someone who came in after me. Finally they wrapped my food and charged me. It took me 30 minutes of standing in line to receive a cold burrito. The guy that was making the food also works at the pace of a slug. Don’t recommend this location to anyone

First time I’ve been to a Moe’s in a very long time, and first time at this location. Everything was amazing from the beginning – the people behind the counter helping prepare the meals were super nice and helpful, guiding me through the process and explaining any questions I had.
My food was good as well. I got a bowl with seasoned rice, white chicken, beef, and queso. I was curious about their limited time chili con queso and they let me have a sample to try. I really liked it so I also got a cup of that to enjoy.
The restaurant itself was clean and laid out nicely.
If I’m in the area again I’ll definitely stop by!

The employees at this particular Moe’s are friendly, engaging and seem to really enjoy what they do. Every time I walk through their doors they greet me like I’m an old buddy and it just warms my heart. I have always enjoyed my experience and my food at this location.

I usually have little to no problem when ordering moes but I’m afraid i won’t be ordering meals from this establishment for a long time.
I usually order a nacho bowl as tofu as my protein. It’s usually a 50/50 shot that the tofu is fresh but this time it was hard as a rock and had a dark almost burned look as if it was recooked more than one time.
The biggest safety concern to me was the shard of plastic that was inside my cheese cup (picture below)
Therefore don’t eat at the Chenal location (Little Rock) if you’re looking for a tofu option and make sure to check your cheese.
