Moe’s needs a remodel. It seems half of the chairs and tables are broken or in disrepair. Half of theTV’s don’t work. The tables are often not clean, so they are sticky. I typically love Moe’s, but with their menu changes and ever changing staff and environment, its quality has gone way down from what I have experienced at other Moe’s across the US.

Not a very appealing location or store, but service was nice. Food was genuinely one of the worst burritos I’ve ever had though the food here is not good. The rice taste like dirty laundry smells, I dont know where the lime or cilantro flavor is at in it either but I see why Chiptole does so much better

I work in many different towns and I enjoy Moe’s wherever I go. But this Moe’s in Conway has impressed me every time I’ve gone there. There’s something different about their meal prep, everything is always cooked right, the tofu is never dry and it’s been like this for over 2 years. I used to think they just had a good cook, but now I’m convinced it’s good management. Thanks for the good food

Paid $40 for 3 people to eat and barely got any meat in my bowl. I used to have enough food to have a whole other meal. Queso is a topping that no longer comes in your food either. Crazy up charge too. Was charged this “make it a meal for my large cup of queso which should have only been $5.99. Will be going to Don Pepes in future.

Extremely disappointing service and cleanliness. Workers there acted like they were mad we came in (the place was empty when we got there). I mean really if people hate their job that much, typically they find somewhere else to work. Chairs and high chairs looked they had not been wiped down since it opened and the booster seats had a disgusting sticky residue on all of them, we had to wipe and germ-x our hands after touching them and decided against using a booster or high chair. They cookies on the kids option also “may contain peanuts” and they will not let you substitute the cookie. So if your child has a peanut allergy like ours, it is not worth going.

Overall just bad experience. Whenever I got my burrito out of the bag there was a hole in the tin foil so I got cheese dip all over my work clothes. Frustrating start. Then whenever I did start to eat the burrito was cold. The chips were stale as well. The only reason I gave two stars was the lady who greeted me whenever I walked in was very nice. I used to love Moe’s. They just seem to be going downhill at every location honestly. The prices are insane for the quality of product.

Welcome to Moe’s! It doesn’t disappoint. There are several other similar restaurants in the area but I still think this is the best of them. I get way better quality and quantity of food for the price or cheaper than fast food. Free chips and salsa. Friendly staff. No drive through but walking in and having your food prepared in front of you and out the door in the time it takes to sit in most drive thru lanes.

I went there for the very first time, ordered a veggie burrito and nachos. Amazing would be an understatement. I put a picture up just to show how they let me express my creativity and how good it looked/was. I don’t eat meat so it feels good to know that there are places that cater to me. I love you all!!!!
