We popped in to see the brewery offerings and were treated to a wonderful surprise of this food stall. The food was perfect, nothing fussy, just a solid snack to go with the delicious beverages from the (separate) bar. The plantains are an amazing, delicious snack!

My girlfriend and I enjoyed a delicious dinner from Diego’s World. From the moment we arrived, the kind cashier answered all of our questions about the menu. The presentation of the food was incredible and the portion sent us home with full bellies… and a little leftover for a midnight snack. 🙂 I enjoyed the flautas (ended up getting another order of these to-go!) and loaded yucca fries with steak. My girlfriend got the lomo saltado with steak.

Really great Chorizo. I am from Arizona and have had lots of mexican chorizo. This columbian Chorizo is THE BEST I have ever had. It comes with a grilled flat bread that you can wrap around it like a taco! I Am excited to bring my girlfriend here and try the whole menu! Did i mention this place is inside an enormous brewry in downtown hagerstown!

I wish I had taken a photo of my food, but before I knew it, I had eaten it all. Even though I was satiated afterwards, I found myself wishing I could eat it again, just for the experience! Everything was so flavorful and delicious.
Got the Bandeja Paisa Bowl – succulent beef, chorizo, and pork belly. Perfectly ripe avocado slice. Red beans bursting with flavor. I asked for yucca fries instead of the arepa due to my dairy allergy; they were happy to do the substitution and the fries were crispy and had just the right amount of salt.
Before this I have also tried the chicharron with yucca fries, that was also delicious, although I am used to eating the fries with a mayo-like sauce (not red or green), I found that the chicharron was so juicy and flavorful that it didn’t need sauce at all.

Had the flautas from this truck and man were they just delicious. Generous portions as well. Came with white rice and red beans, both delicious. The flautas themselves were the prize of the dish. So good, definitely going to hunt them down for some more!

Food is overpriced, overcooked and flavorless. There’s not a hint of seasoning on anything and somehow I got toasted bread that was both burnt and doughy like it was an undercooked sub roll. Paying $15 for a small as hell Italian sausage with overcooked unseasoned pepper and frozen fries with no salt is not worth it.

Would love to see a vegan option added to your menu. Your truck regularly comes to my workplace, and as much as I want to support the trucks who show up whenever I can, I can’t do so when there’s nothing on the menu for me to eat. Food looks yummy though! Hope to see you return someday with something inclusive and delicious. Doesn’t even have to be some fancy plant-based meat – a bean-forward option is always great and much appreciated!
