Food was great! I came in to use a promo they were running. And the staff had an immediate attitude about it. There was only 1 other person ahead of me. I gave a 1 star for service because they were all rude and this was my first time ever trying Moe’s.

I’ve always preferred Moe’s over Pancheros or Chipotle because I genuinely enjoy the food, but I may start going less often or stop altogether. The older lady who works there (possibly Hispanic or Asian) is consistently rude and unwelcoming. She acts like every order is an inconvenience, and it makes the experience uncomfortable.
It’s disappointing, especially since I’ve seen other reviews mention the same issue, so it seems management either isn’t aware or doesn’t care to address it. The food is good, but the customer service really takes away from the experience.

Ok, let’s start off with how amazing their customer service is. The workers are absolutely amazing and have always had a smile on and were very nice to myself and my family. We frequent the establishment almost every time we come into down and they always remember us and welcome us back. The food is delicious and the salsa bar has plenty of options! We love that the restrooms and tables are cleaned often and the soda station is stocked. We can’t wait to stop back again for the stack and a side of chips and queso!

This is the only place I go to for burritos now. The Moe meat moe cheese has become my new favorite. The building is clean, the service is top shelf. I don’t know who is always making my burrito but I can always tell if he was working. Thank you my friend. But the burrito is so good I literally wanted to grab another on the way out. First time trying Moe’s Southwest Grill. Looking at the menu board was a bit overwhelming. Once we decided what “form” we wanted (bowl, burrito, stack) they assemble it along the counter. (like the footlong sub shop) you choose the toppings/filling as you go. So much easier than we initially thought. Each order came with tortilla chips, and there was a salsa bar to accommodate your level of heat. red & green salsas from mild to spicy. Queso is available to purchase separately for the chips. The ingredients were fresh, and the entrée portions were large. I definitely had lunch the next day.
Now that the 1st time visit was great, we will be back.

I got two ground beef burritos from here with many fixings i am so pleased with the results of my burritos. These employees know how to make a burrito and fold it properly These are huge and very good. Chipotle needs to learn how to make and fold burritos like moes. Thank you moes for outstanding burritos. I had one last night and I will have one tonight.
