I’m hopping on the 5 star train. We (out of towners) stumbled upon this place hoping it would lift us from the depths of a long and arduous bachelor party weekend, and lift us out it did. The three of us had a private dining experience with Chefs Garland and Cole, and they were so fun to talk to. The food was stellar, and I wish they were in my hometown so I could go there more often.
Keep doing what you guys are doing! Looking forward to dining at one of your expansion restaurants.

Wow! What a nice and pleasant experience our lunch at Gokudo Sushi was!!! It is indeed a hidden gem in the middle of Brickell. First of all, the Chef himself is the one preparing the roll right in front of you with the Tunabeautiful smile and detailed description of the ingredients. Once the sushi is ready, you taste it and instantly feel the freshness of its ingredients. It is literally like an explosion of flavor inside your mouth. The word delicious doesn’t do it enough justice. I would definitely place Gokudo in the top of my list!!! My sister had the Miami Heat roll with “a twist” (inside out, just like he said). She was very happy with the results! I had the Wayans roll made with Yellowfin Tuna, creamy avocado, scallions, topped with torched Tuna & Tobiko, and rice. Omg! I received mine first and couldn’t even wait for my sister’s to be ready! I would have easily eaten a second one because it was AMAZING!!! If you are in Miami, craving good sushi, please give Gokudo a try, you would not regret it!!!

Gokudo is mine and my husbands go to Brickell! Their menu has everything you can ask for and the largest selection of fish in the city. I mean where else do you find branzino sashimi! All their fish is so fresh and melts in your mouth. Don’t miss the handrolls or the lucali roll. We eat here at least 2x a week. Whether it’s a sushi night in, an intimate dinner date, or quick lunch, you can never wrong

I ordered takeout from here and this is the definition of a hidden gem. It’s down a hallway on the left inside of 1000 Brickell. I was expecting a hole in the wall but it’s a beautiful 4 seat counter space.
Prices are very reasonable and food was delicious.

We found this hidden gem walking around and wow, what an amazing find. The sushi was melt in your mouth fantastic, the staff engaging, fun, and extremely attentive. We met another patron, a local, and really enjoyed her company and conversation. Overall, we had a great meal and a great experience!!! I will never visit Miami without stopping at this restaurant. Great great food!
