I’ve eaten here before. But it’s been a long time. I like the fresh food options. The staff was super friendly and helped me make a decision as it had been a while since I had been there. Probably took me less than three minutes to order and have my food. I love how chips and salsa come with it. They have the salsa and hot sauce bar so you can Stock up. Also, the prices are pretty good. Feel like I paid $13 for a burrito and chips and salsa.

Moes beats the other competing chains by a mile. This one in particular is always perfect. The employees are unbelievably friendly and helpful even when I come in 5 minutes before close. I eat here more often than a lot of places because it’s open until 10 and I work second shift. Bonus that they allow me to get silly amounts of cilantro. And try the poblano crema sauce it’s the perfect finale to any meal here.

The first time we had Moe’s was at Hershey Park in PA…. the first time my 15 year old daughter ordered a whole fully loaded burrito in her life! And she hadn’t forgotten about it…. so we planned this trip… as a bribe…. we’ll grab your Friend… you’ll both study for French midterms… and we’ll drive an hour to find Moe’s. So ! I ordered the chicken club quesadilla.. a CUP of queso… ya get free chips.. and I got a mango Jarrito soda. They have a SALSA BAR!!! 4 simple varieties.. I tried them all with my chips… I like their Garlic Salsa Verde. They were ALL good though. One son got their hottest sauce… he’s a HOT HOT SAUCE kinda guy… his nose was running. My 3 kids all got burritos… the Friend got a bowl. Everyone enjoyed everything. I only see pre-packaged chocolate chip cookies for a buck each as a dessert option though. That’s a bummer. I gave atmosphere a 4 because… granted we’re between two snowstorms right now… the next hits this evening… it’s about 10 degrees outside… my point is many big windows in seating area… I AM FREEZING!!!! Employees are great… oh… and I love whatever station is playing music.

I came in with wife and 3 kids – the guy taking orders barely spoke English with any intelligibility, and could not wait to let me order anything other than one burrito for my wife. He cut me off several times moving me down the line before I could order any other food. Pricey food, aggressively mediocre taste, and staff that is incompetent and has no sense of customer service. I paid for my wife’s burrito and left, going to the McDonald’s nearby.

Very clean location and great, quick service. My only reason for a 3 star is despite the $4.99 queso and drink add on, $17-$18 is to much for a quesadilla meal.

Been here a couple of times. Ordering both online and in-person was simple. Choose the Home Wrecker each time. Lots of different options and combinations to choose from. Staff were friendly and the service was quick (pickup order ready in less than 15mins). Would happily eat from here again.

**Moe’s During my recent visit to Moe’s Southwest Grill, I decided to try “The Stack.” The food did not disappoint— it was flavorful and satisfying, with a good balance of ingredients that made every bite enjoyable. The Stack’s combination of meats, cheeses, and fresh toppings was impressive, and it definitely lived up to the quality Moe’s is known for.
However, my overall dining experience was marred by the cleanliness of the place. The tables were sticky and there was visible food residue left behind from previous customers. This lack of attention to cleanliness detracted from the otherwise enjoyable meal. I hope the management takes note and improves the dining environment to match the quality of their food. With better upkeep, Moe’s Southwest Grill could offer a much more pleasant experience.

I would give service 5+ stars. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Food is fresh, and great portions for the price. Store is always clean. We go almost weekly to this location and always have a pleasant experience.
