i got the bowl with steak and cheese. my steak had a bunch of fat pieces but the flavor was there. veggies was fresh and you can get as much sauce as you like which i love. it was my first time and imma go back and try the chicken. staff was friendly and patient. oh and i also found the lettuce bottom in my bowl but at least we know they cut it there right LOL

Wanted to treat our daughter and granddaughter to lunch and what a joke! The most depressed, unfriendly employees I’ve ever seen! Then, to make matters worse, it was over $43 for 2 kids meals and 2 adult meals (except one of them wasn’t a meal because we brought water). Just a complete gouging. Add dirty tables and food that looked like this?? We threw our food away. The manager refunded one of the meals, but all the rest went in the trash. Never ever again!

Today your chips were lacking. We are normally happy to get your chips and queso… like it’s one of our five food groups. However, today, this chips are over done. Not what we had in mind for our Halloween dinner. The service was good and with a smile, but next time, don’t cover up the over done chips with smiles and good customer service.

Overall an amazing place, the staff were all very friendly and the food was good, with the price being not awful. The place was clean and atmospheric; for my first time there, it really left a great impression! One worker, Lexie I believe, was incredibly nice and handled things very professionally, safe to say that I will be coming back!

Staff was super friendly, let me try sauces before buying, wasn’t irritated at all, and the food was really good. Definitely recommend them. The whole night crew August 30th was the best. Only edited because they wanted to retake the photo.

They didn’t have white chicken had to wait for it that was ok .but when it was done everyone else after me was getting there stuff but it was a big disappointment when I got it. It a little bit of chicken I counted now 10 little pieces mostly lettuce and black olives and no sour cream I will not go there anymore. Not very friendly and also food on the floor.

The service is usually always good… but the tables are always dirty every time I go in. And I prob won’t be back… for the 2nd time the chicken was rubbery and grissely. I was disappointed by the tiny amount of chicken they put in the quesadilla and it’s just a few pieces in the center… the whole half of the outside had zero chicken, just a few shreds of cheese so it’s pretty much just shell. But once I realized the weird texture of the chicken I was glad bc it was less chicken I had to pick off the quesadilla. It cost me almost $50 for 3 quesadillas. No thanks, I can get a real one cheaper. Management really needs to work on getting this place more clean. The bathrooms are disgusting and stink. Drink/salsa area nasty. Just seems so dirty in there now. The older one in Franklin at least keeps it clean, it’s in better shape too.

These guys are fantastic. The catering manager (I think her name is Carly) is unbelievably kind and professional. I just had to cancel a catering order and she handled the cancelation with such grace.
We chose them because we love the food. This type of service was unexpected and very impressive.

Quick service but man this store is gross. I went when it first opened: hand prints all over the windows, the splash guard glass has food all over it, the salsa bar area had remnants on the backsplash area, the floors and mats had debris on them. They do not hold themselves to a high standard to what the customer sees. I don’t wanna know what the kitchen looks like.
