Came in to pick up a to go order that was supposed to be ready 20 minutes before I arrived. They had not started the order yet and were making other orders so I just asked for a refund, after much back and forth and a young girl being very rude the gentleman informed me that none of the employees working knew how to do a refund and the manager wasn’t answering their calls. I was told the manager would call me to process the refund the next day. I have called 4 times in since and they dont answer the phone. It has been 4 days and I have had zero communication from Moes Phenix city. I just want my money!

I went into this Moe’s in Phenix city Ala, yesterday on a quick lunch break , when I walk in I was greeted , I was waiting in line the young lady said give me a few I’ll be right with you I said okay thank you . As I was waiting three guys walk in behind me , so the young lady notice that the line was getting full so she walk to the back to get another girl to come out to help , she came out and wash her hands and came up skip over me and ask the guy can I help you, so I said excuse me ma’am I’m next in line she just ignore me so I repeated myself she did the same thing so the manager notice what was going so she came in and fix my food which she didn’t wash her hands . So I explain to her what her employee did, she responds was she’s in training . I said I understand the but that don’t give her the right to look over me and take another person order, ( if you can read between the line). But anyway I will never go back to that location I’ll go to the Columbus location which is close to my house . Also they barely wanted to give you a good serving of meat .

I quite literally never leave negative reviews, and I hardly ever complain about restaurants. But this Moe‘s location is absolutely terrible, and it is consistently that way, which is why I am leaving this review. It never fails with this location, that they are out of ingredients or just have terrible customer service, if not a combination of the two. I have tried to patronize this location and given them the benefit of the doubt, but after yet another unsuccessful attempt to get what I wanted for dinner tonight, I have given up on this Moe’s and will not even consider it an option going forward. Management here should most definitely look into retraining staff on how to interact with customers and how to keep items in stock.

I love Moe’s but damn..
I’ve come to this location a handful of times now and it’s just not good, ever. Today I got a burrito and all the rice inside it was hard like it was undercooked. Ruined the entire meal.
That’s after spending $20+ for a burrito, chips, a drink, the smallest side of queso and a tip for the person making the food. Complete waste of money and super disappointing.

There were about 3 young men working in here during my visit and they were amazing! They greeted us when we walked in, made our bowls exactly the way asked, and ended with smile. Great customer service here.

I enjoy Moe’s but this location is the worst. I can’t wait for the new Chipotle down the road to open and put this sad Moe’s out of business. I regularly get small portions, there’s always something going on with their register. Gift cards, coupons, rewards points etc always seem to shove a banana up their tailpipes. The manager (?) seems like he hates his life.

It’s always a pleasure to visit this Moe’s location. I ordered two bowls yesterday around 5:30. The atmosphere was welcoming. I did a pickup online order. Soon as I walked in the door, the young gentleman smiled and walked my food around the counter, and told me I was ready, and thanked me for coming. I noticed I didn’t ordered the 2nd bag of chips to go with one of my bowls, he assured me he would take of it.

We had Moe’s cater (at our home) for my daughter’s birthday and it was perfect! Food was so fresh and everyone raved how good it was. We usually cook out for gatherings but this was definitely the way to go as we were able to enjoy the day without all the work and clean up. The fella who delivered and set up was very professional and did a great job! Love we have a Moe’s not far from our home!
