My parents had gotten me Bánh mí’s here since I was probably 9yrs old so over 2 decades!!! I’ve tried other places but you can beat them and for the quality and price.

Other places like pho restaurants start cutting amount of ingredients like meats, veggies etc.

Other sandwich spots don’t make the bread like Baker’s Palace either. I will continue to support this business until I die!!! And you should too!

This is such a sweet little shop. They have wonderful pickles made fresh daily, delicious Bahn Mi sandwiches and all sorts of little creations to go. Sticky rice, chicken over ginger, spring rolls, buns, and delicious Vietnamese desserts that I’ll never be able to pronounce. The Bahn Mi are amazing on fresh bread and you can buy baguettes too along with Vietnamese sausage to make your own at home. I haven’t tried the Boba yet but it’s on my list. This is like going to your aunt’s house and having her make you a sandwich. It feels just like family. Five stars. Cảm ơn

I ONLY buy my bánh mì from Baker’s Palace. As much as my mother tells me to try other places nearby (which I have given chances), I only prefer Baker’s Palace and absolutely refuse to go anywhere else. First of all, their bread is freshly made everyday. They also fill the sandwiches full and don’t skimp. Once you get used to that standard, other places seem to fall short.

I also love their desserts like Chè Chuối (banana tapioca pudding) and sticky rice with coconut. These are the flavors I grew up on and their quality is amazing!!

One of my favorite Vietnamese bakeries in the area. It truly is a hole in the wall type of place. It is very small with an equally small, slightly sketchy looking parking lot. The interior is a no frills or deco type of bakery and is all grab and go. They aren’t as busy or offer as much items as their competitors, but I wouldn’t write them off because of it. I’m happy to say that their deals on the sandwiches (buy 5 get 1 free) and the pate chaud or banh bao (buy 10 get 1 free) are still going strong.

We ordered 2 sandwiches, 10 pate chaud and 1 banh bao for my son. Everything we had tasted delicious and the prices were decent in comparison to their competitors. We all thoroughly enjoyed the food. I did feel like my grilled pork sandwich could’ve used my meat in it, but that’s my only complaint. I do prefer their pate chaud over most of the other bakeries in the area though. The flavor is just so much better.

Amazing and perfect bánh mi! Tastiest and crunchy/soft bread, fresh veggies. The pickled veg. Has just the right heat. Pork grilled and dried was excellent. Enjoy yours parked next to the dumpster, as all good meals on Federal should.

This small little shop is easy to miss but when not too crowded, serves up some good banh mi and other dishes too. I really like that the loaves they serve are not too chewy like they are at New Saigon. There is plenty of filling in each loaf and they are generous with the veggies as well. Custom banh mi orders accepted. This is strictly a take out place – no dining inside. Cool. Large orders may take a little long as there seems to be only 2 people prepping orders in back. But, still a place I’d come back to.
Update: Been here several times now and it’s consistently good, fresh, friendly, and fairly priced. Also tried the desserts (che) and they are yumm! This is a regular go to for banh me for… me.

This place is selling affordable banh mi sandwiches. Lots of options to choose from. I got the grilled pork banh mi. It was loaded with pork, along with the usual cilantro, daikon, and carrots, all in a flaky baguette. Whenever I’m in Denver again, I have to try their bakery section!

Pretty tasty banh mi, especially the grilled pork one. I wish there was a bit more protein in the sandwich but overall it was good.

Excellent Banh Mi! Great size for the price with a lot of fixings. I got the grilled pork banh mi, $3.50. It was super tasty, lots of jalapeño and cilantro were well balanced, the pork was good the flavor was great but a little different, it didn’t have a fish sauce flavor but I can’t put my finger on it exactly.
That is what makes a great banh mi, the explosion of opposing flavors create confusion and delight for your tastebuds.
