Called in an order for the value chicken tacos in adobo. Such a dissapointment. Food was room temp. Barely any meat with just lettuce and cheese. They also charge too much for a side of cheese. Won’t be back.

Everyone in front of us, and us ordering 2+ entree’s. Only one young lady working the line with quite a few people waiting behid us also. Past experiences there are 2-3 servers during peak/busy times. The it’s self was good.

Ive been to this moes multiple times and everytime I’m disappointed. They skimp on portion sizes severely. I could literally see the bottom of the bowl when it was served to me. The salsa is often sour and the tomatoes in my bowl were so over ripe they were also sour, it ruined the entire bowl. I had to throw away most of it.

I just watched the staff here handle some very upset people who didn’t understand the policy regarding extra cost for add-ons with such composure and patience. They seriously all deserve raises. Friendly staff every time.

Since this location likes to delete google reviews, I’m going to post it again. I’m always spending my money at this location. I went in the other afternoon to place an order. Time, I walked in it was unwelcoming, from the server, she was fixing another person food and roll her eyes. I place my order as normal, but when I tell her I want the correct portion, she gets mad and roll her eyes. I don’t have no problem paying for it to be right and she knows, that from me telling her all the time. It’s the young African American girl with the bull noise ring. I would expect management to look in to the issues verses deleting my google reviews to keep up the ratings , I’m gonna reach out to the next level. Customer service dont exist here.

My previous review was deleted so I’ll state it again. The african american girl with the nose ring is the worst experience of this location. You have to constantly plead with her just to give you the appropriate portions and often correct her about shortchanging you on the servings . I come too often and spend too much at this location to have a kid rolling their eyes because you simply want the amount you’re paying for. I will continue to leave reviews until her attitude is better because I love Moes and have a pleasant experience EVERY time she has a day off.
